So. I've just started re-watching season 1 of Steven Universe, and I noticed something. Now I know lots of theories about Rose have been made, but they might be wrong. What if Rose isn't Pink Diamond? What if she's someone else? Now I'm sure you've noticed this, but if you haven't, here's a picture:

Do you see that? It looks like Rose, fighting White Diamond. But, that doesn't make her Pink Diamond. Here's my idea of what could have happened: Rose was originally Pink Diamond's bodyguard. As we've been shown, quarts are usually used for battle. Say something happened between Pink Diamond and White Diamond, and they got in a fight. Pink Diamond may have been shattered or corrupted. This might cause Rose to have started the rebellion. Perhaps White Diamond was mistreating her Pearl. This could have been the Pearl we know and love. When Rose found out about this, she probably was upset to know that White Diamond was causing more trouble, so she challenged her to a battle. In the process, White Diamond could have been injured, or worse, shattered. This could cause Pearl to be free, and wished to join the side of her savior. What if Yellow Diamond was good friends with White Diamond? This could cause her want of revenge towards Rose and Earth. If so, could Steven be the key to ending Yellow Diamond's reign? We already know that Steven doesn't usually resort to violence. He is more of a pacifist. What if he tries to talk to Yellow Diamond and tell her what happened? This is just what I think is possible.
