4 - They're Vampires?!.. yeah right.

"Ms. Khan the principal wants to see you." He said to me.

"Yes sir." I answer and rose to follow him. "Can I pass or do I need to go around you guys?" I ask the people around my desk. They made a path and I passed silently ignoring them.

It was lunch time when I returned from the principal's office, the throbbing in my head had become a pounding from that visit. I fall in line, with a tray, not really having an appetite. I choose some comfort food and good old coffee. I looked around for a vacant seat purposely not noticing Minny waving. I'm starting to act like a brat. Whatever.

"hey I just remembered that you dress like a nerd. A s**** nerd." Jyo Kee sneered at me. I looked at her blankly.

"We're both wearing the same uniform so technically you're also calling yourself and all the girls here a degrading name." I answered calmly. "What do you want?"

She looked at me blankly for a moment. I wonder how she even landed in the star section.

"What happened to your shoulder?" She asked seeing my arm on a sling and placed a hand on my sore shoulder and squeezed hard. I grimaced in pain. She is squeezing the part right where the baseball bat hit.

"Let me go." I said to her in a very low voice.

"So it hurts eh?" She said smiling evilly and squeezing harder. My eyes start to water as black spots appeared.

"Jyo Kee. Let her go." A voice said, I look up expecting one of the boys but I was staring into the eyes of the so-called prince of our school. Min-ho Park. Jyo Kee let my shoulder go immediately but the damaged has been done. The pain that had been receding from my resting it yesterday came back.  That and my pounding headache did not mix well.

"Kamsahamida." I thanked Min-ho, bowing and pivot out the cafeteria. Depositing my tray along the way, I had lost all my appetite.

I wanted to cry, to kick something; I want my bed to bury myself into. I was so mad and disappointed at myself because I was hoping in my heart that maybe someone will come and rescue me from Jyo kee's bullying like what they do for Minny. I should have known better. Nobody will come and rescue me. My fate is sealed. I wiped my tears away as I run.

The boys were actually standing and ready to run to push Jyo Kee away, with Kai in front, when Min-ho came first. They all felt bad from what happened and Minny is distressed that Florence is not talking at her, her only girl-friend is ignoring her.

Kai looked appalled as he saw the tears running down Flo's face, they had caused that, he did in particular. He moved to follow her and he did not fail to notice the interested look on Min-ho's face. Who wouldn't? After Florence cut her hair and shed her glasses, her true beauty shone, she has been getting hints everywhere but she gave the little or no attention at all.

"I think she has a right to know what is happening." Minny said. She faced Luhan who did not looked convinced. "She got beaten because she defended me from those goons. They want revenge for what you did."

"But Min, she might-" Luhan started to object, but the maknae cut him short.

"Tell you on? For the past month that you have known her did she show in her attitude that she is like that? And who would believe her?" Sehun said angrily. Luhan is their friend and they swore to protect his secret but Florence is their friend too.

"sehun has a point Luhan, she won't spill your secret. You haven't been showing any signs anymore anyway." Minny said. Luhan sighed before answering.

"I guess it'll be okay." Luhan conceded.

"Let's go find her then." Minny said standing up.

All of them stood and went to look for the girl that had unconsciously wiggled into their group.
