File 8: Run And Hide. He's Coming!

"Mai tea" Naru said like literally every day, I sighed "magic word?" He growled in frustration "please?" I nodded and did so.

Standing in the kitchen making his normal tea which he adored I sighed and thought about the last case...

"I guess I'm just plan old Mai".

That flashback kept going on in my mind "I can't believe everything is really the same again.." I sighed pouring tea for Naru and Lin and gave it to them.

I laid back on the couch and thought about everything "she didn't really suppress them.. But cursed me to never use them" I growled and turned over on to my stomach and pouted "man this really sucks.." I mumbled, I shoved my face in the pillow and complained louder until a knock on the door was heard.

I got up to answer it "hello this is Shibuya Physic Research. Is there something you need?" The young women shook her head "yes... I am to believe my home is haunted.. Is this a good time?" I nodded happily and let her enter.

"Please wait here while I get my boss, would you like a cup of tea, water?" She nodded her head "yea please" I nodded happily and did so in getting Naru and tea.

"Naru a client is here to see you.." I said entering his door he nodded and left to introduce himself with Lin waking out and doing the same, I left to get more tea for everyone.

"Please explain what's been happening in your home for us please?" Naru asks open his death note to start writing and Lin opening his laptop, I rolled my eyes and just listened.

"There's this knew house we entered and has been investigated many times but no one has been able to put these 9 spirits to rest... My house in early 1800's was home to four people, two adults and two kids. One night the kids had a sleep over three little boys and three little girls... When everyone was asleep a man broke into their home with an axe" the young girl paused for a bit trying to calm her nervous, she drank some tea and continued "the man murdered the boys first then girls, soon the parents then himself... Ever since then it's been terror, you often hear footsteps running up and down the stairs in the hallways, knocking sounds and the walls would be scratched up, pictures thrown off the walls and furniture would be moved.. Sometimes you hear children scream or often say 'run and hide. He's coming!' We would often hide to keep the children happy... If you didn't do so you would get hurt". I looked at Naru.

He closed his book and nodded "we will need three room, one room with many outlets. also be expecting is around ten tomorrow please" the young women got up excited "ah thank you so much!!" She exclaimed "you're welcome Ms?" She smiled and bowed "Ms. Saki" I smiled and bowed back making Naru do the same.

"Please have a nice day, and be safe!" I said as she left I closed the door behind her and sighed and went back to the couch "Mai.. You have a job" Naru said I nodded "I know Naru, I will go later... Or now, in fact why don't we have a piano in here?" He sighed "like we have the room"

My sweat dropped as I pointed in the big open area he sighed "fine Mai, If you want to buy one then do so.. No grand piano" I nodded in excitement and left to go buy one.

But before doing so Naru opened his door for the office and I had to test something.. I flashed in front of Naru using my speed he sighed "why?"
I smiled "I had to make sure I could still flash, it's my favourite thing!" He nodded "as I already know Mai, now can I enter my office" I nodded and let him move into his office, I now left to go get a piano.

Waking out the rest came up to the office "Mai where you off to kiddo?" Monk I asked I kept waking down the stairs as I spoke "I am buying a piano to put in the office!" There sweat dropped "are you serious?" I nodded they shrugged "you're gonna need a man to carry that" Monk said flexing I sighed "trust me, I can do it myself" they snickered and went into the office as I went to the store.
