The Legend Of Zelda: Never Ending

Chapter 1

Hyrule was just saved, everyone from other realms left. Which left Link, Zelda, and Impa. "We did it!" Zelda excitedly said and hugged Link. "Sorry... I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable by doing that." She let go immediately and backed away. "No you're Fine. You're excited, Princess. I get that." Link replied calmly. "You can call me Zelda, Link." Zelda moved closer. "Ok, Zelda." Link moved closer to her as well. Suddenly before they had know what was going on, they were just about to kiss. "Princess! We have to go back now." Impa called to Zelda. Zelda backed away just a little and sighed, "Coming Impa," she called to Impa, "Bye Link, I'll see you soon. After all we are having a whole celebration, so I'll see you there." Zelda said sadly to Link. "Ok Zelda, see you then." Link replied just as sadly.

Ugh! Why didn't I kiss him before I left?! I should have... but what if he doesn't like me back? That would've been awkward... I wish I knew how he felt.

Zelda thought to herself walking with Impa back to the castle. She couldn't figure out if she was more angry or sad because of how she feels for Link.

"Is everything ok, Princess?" Impa asked. Even if Zelda denied it, Impa could tell something was wrong. Zelda sighed, "It's just... I... I don't know... mixed feelings I guess." Zelda looked down. She didn't have mixed feelings. She knew exactly how she felt; weird. She had really wanted to tell Link about her feelings for him.

Later Zelda heard a knock on her door. "Who is it?" She asked. "Who do you think, Zelda?" A familiar voice asked. "Link!" Zelda got up and ran to the door, and opened it. "What are you doing here?" Zelda asked because she needed to tell him today and now would be the perfect time. "I came to see you, and say hi." Link answered. "Link... if it isn't too weird, which I hope it isn't. Can I tell you something?" Zelda asked immediately regretting it. But she was to late to go back. "You can tell me anything Zelda." Link replied more calmly than Zelda hoped he would. She walked to her bed and sat down. "Link... I've been meaning to tell you something for a while... and I've been really worried, but I'll try to tell you now. I love you Link... oh my god! I'm so sorry I didn't mean to make this awkward!" Zelda blushed so much, she knew she shouldn't have said anything, but now it's too late. "No, Zelda! Dont be sorry! It's not awkward at all! I... actually wanted to say that I love you when you hugged me but I didn't know how it'd sound if I had said it." Link looked her in the eyes when he said all of that. Then as if it were out of nowhere, Link kissed Zelda. She hadn't wanted time to go on, she wanted that kiss to last forever. Link felt the same way.
