Thomas,

I'm sorry I didn't text you, my phone broke. I decided to write you anyway because after all, we're best friends. The past week I've been at home. I was not ill. This week is the week that it has been three years since my brother past away. I was looking trough his room as I do every time I miss him. I finally found it, Thomas. I found his goodbye letters. After all those years, I know why he left. He was depressed Thomas. He missed our homeland and couldn't adapt to the life here. He felt like he didn't belong, so he left.

I still do not have all the answers though, Thomas. I want to know what it was that pushed him over the edge. And perhaps even more important, I want to walk into his last footsteps. I need to see what his last moments looked like. I have already figured out how I want to do it. I just need you to join me. You're a warrior and a king after all. Now you will have to become a sleuth.

I will explain everything Monday on the roof.

Greetings,

Ashryn
