Chapter one

NICOLA'S P.O.V

I awake to the sound of my alarm clock piercing through my ears. I quickly turn over attempting to turn off the screaming like sound but find myself on the floor after hitting my jaw off my bedside table, I now feel the warmth of my covers fading away. All of a sudden my phone starts to ring beside me as I fell to my sudden doom with the all too familiar sound of one of in stereos new songs 'the speed of sound' which was indeed set by only Chris himself. Wasn't this just the perfect scenario like something that would happen in one of those predictive movies? I picked up my phone and mumble a "hello" that ends up coming out more like a groan.

I hear a chuckle on the line before getting a response "Well someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed"

"More like off the bed" I grunt while yawning as I feel a bruise forming on my 'beautiful' face.

"So what's the story this time, too busy dreaming about me to remember your surroundings." He replies and I could imagine the smirk plastered on his face as he spoke.

"You wish, I fell off that darn cheap bed again!" I shout through the phone.

I hear laughter on the line as he speaks, "Don't worry babe, you know my beds always free." Again I can imagine the smirk on his face.

"Really you would take the couch for me, aw your the best Christopher" I reply slyly and after hearing him scowl at the use of 'Christopher', I smirk to myself.

"In all seriousness, how did you fall this time?" He asks, I can even hear the seriousness in his tone, wow!

"I was falling at the speed of sound" I pause for a moment before saying, "to the sound of my fucking alarm!" I almost scream through the phone.

"Hey, don't disrespect my music like that you clumsy woman, I know you can't help falling for me!" He replies instantly with that chuckle in his voice I have grown to love.

So now probably is the time I should mention that the one and only Chris Lanzon himself is my very sarcastic prick of a boyfriend, YAY ME!

"Why did you call me anyway...Christopher?" I say dragging out the word Christopher just to annoy the hell out of him.

"Well incase you forgot we are coming back to school today, we...meaning Ethan, Jakob and myself of course." Chris said slowly thinking I'm a dumb shit! Well he thought wrong thats for sure he doesn't know what comeback is coming his way!

"Oh my god I'm so excited for...Ethan and Jakob coming home, who is Chris anyway I only know a Christopher?" I say but can't help to loose it at the end and and burst out laughing.

I hear a fake hurt sigh on the other end of the line before getting a reply in seconds. "Well my name is Chris so...I don't know who this Christopher guy is, you must be cheating on me?"

"Bye I'm away to go to hell now also known as school you skiver, you have been skiving for at least a month now just because your ho-... and girls are drooling over you 24/7 but wait your still a bastard!" I say stumbling at the word 'hot' because I couldn't let him get a bigger head than he already has now.

"Did I just hear I compliment somewhere in there? Maybe it was the word hot, or am I just hearing things?" He said, oh no I can't take it back his head has already got bigger.

"Your hearing things go and get you ears checked, clearly your head has over grown over your ears...you five head!" I said getting the word out before hanging up, yep you guessed it this is our everyday pointless conversation of just taking the shit out of each other.

I find myself at the entrance of hell, oh wait..it's just school. I'm wearing my not so good black jeans (I'm supposed to be wearing a skirt but I'm a rebellious) with a blue polo shirt. I decided to straighten my hair today and also put on light makeup. I need to look good for the boys arrival at hell today.. Oh shit I mean school.
