After a while, Elizabeth would wake up, seeing Kyoski no longer in her lap. She would get worried, looking around quickly for any sign of Kyoski or the gun from before. She didn't know how much time had passed, but she did know that she needed to find Kyoski. Looking back at the spot where he was originally, he would be looking down into the fallen tunnel below. Elizabeth shifted a bit, Kyoski glancing back. He would see her suspicious expression, turning around with a small smile. "I see you have awoken. When I did, your hand was on my head and you too were passed out."

Both Elizabeth and Kyoski blushed a bit, Kyoski seeming to gain his composure before Elizabeth did. "What happened, you know, after the fall?" He glanced back at the chasm behind him, no seeming to remember the episode he had just recently. Elizabeth sat up more, pushing up her glasses. "Well, you pulled out a gun. You aimed it at me, saying it was my fault that Sayeko could be dead in a strangers arms. It also seemed your eyes had gotten darker. After a couple of minutes, you began to slowly lose consciousness and you passed out right there. I thought it might be uncomfortable for you to lay there, so I moved you to my lap. I'm sorry if you felt uncomfortable."

Kyoski would have a grim look on his face as Elizabeth spoke, the look quickly being replaced with an apologetic one. "Oh no, you shouldn't be the one sorry. I'm the one sorry for making you sit through that horrible scene." He would then clap his hands, turning back to the chasm, as if wanting to change the topic. "So, shall we go down there and find them?" Elizabeth looked at him as if silently calling him crazy. Kyoski chuckled a bit, "You see, after I figured out our current situation, I did a little test to figure out theirs. You see, I dropped a nearby rock and counted how long it took for it to reach the bottom. Sadly, I didn't hear the rock reach the bottom, so we'll just have to wing it."

Elizabeth stared at Kyoski in horror as he got ready to jump. "Well, come along then, Miss Shadowgear." Elizabeth was regretting the decision already, but got to her feet and made her way over to Kyoski a few feet down the tunnel. "If we want to reach the area where the two landed, we ourselves need to get a bit of a running head start. Are you ready for this?" Kyoski grabbed hold of Elizabeth's hand once more, getting ready to run.

Elizabeth followed his lead, also getting into a running position. Kyoski would take a deep breath, grasping Elizabeth's hand as tight as possible. She would return the squeeze, preparing for the plummet. Somehow, both Kyoski's and Elizabeth's minds started the command to run at the same time and they both jumped off the edge. Just like what Garrett did with Sayeko, Elizabeth wrapped Kyoski in her arms as the two of them fell down into the darkness below.

All source of light would leave Elizabeth and Kyoski's sight, both getting knocked out from the fall. When Elizabeth came to, Kyoski was tightly wrapped around her arms. He was still unconscious, but after a bit, he too awoke. Since Elizabeth fell on the rubble below first, she got the worst out of the injuries. It took her a bit, but she somehow managed to sit up and get onto her feet.

Kyoski would pull out a flashlight from his bag, shining it around the area until he found a spot where they could go. Elizabeth followed, tripping over things. When Kyoski shined the light on Elizabeth, both noticed that her right lens was cracked in many areas. Elizabeth was horrified, but Kyoski was calm and collected. He was a scientist, and since they were in a cavern, he knew how to fix it.

As the two carefully made their way down another tunnel, the smell of a crackling fire came over to them. Kyoski turned off the flashlight, grabbing hold of Elizabeth's hand yet again. The would walk blindly for a few minutes until they saw the light of a fire a little far from where they stood. As the two approached the fire, familiar voices echoed off the walls.

"I'm sure they'll find us. I wouldn't doubt my brother or Miss Shadowgear when it came to rescuing us." Garrett crossed his arms, looking away, "I would doubt the kid any day." Kyoski let go of Elizabeth's hand, stepping into the light of the fire. "Mind saying that to me, Garrett?" Sayeko had gained a bright smile on his face, as Kyoski still had a relieved expression on his. Garrett whipped around and saw Kyoski. He looked around a bit in hopes to see Elizabeth as well, but his expression that was filled with hope filled with worry.

Elizabeth soon walked out from the shadows and sat down near the brothers, completely ignoring Garrett. "Thank you, Miss Shadowgear for saving Kyoski from that fall you two had to take to come find us." Elizabeth smiled, "It was no problem." Elizabeth didn't dare mention the thing that happed with Kyoski in front of Garrett, leaving that little bit for Kyoski to tell himself whenever he wanted to. Kyoski then looked around the area where the fire light reached, "Where exactly are we?" Sayeko shrugged, "I honestly have no idea. We looked around here just a while ago, and seems to be a chamber of some sort. Of what, I don't know. But what I did prevent from Garrett touching was a piece to a puzzle of some sort. I was hoping after some rest, we could look around a bit more."

Garrett liked the idea of getting some rest, laying down and facing his back to the fire. It seemed he was very tired, for he passed out right away. Elizabeth was the next to go, after hearing a bit more about the room. Sayeko and Kyoski chatted up a storm before they eventually went to bed as well.
