At birth, each baby girl is assigned to a baby boy, and given a unique marking on their ankle, one that only matches with their partner's.
This is so that the entire world is made up of children of four main races. Asian, European American, African American, and Indian. There were no mixes, and mating only happened within their races.
In this world, there are few health problems, few wars, and little to no poverty. Everyone is living in peace, and everyone is living a perfect life.
