"So what happened when you woke up?"
"I woke up in the middle of a room of the ship;The lights were flickering, there was this loud intercom with the voice of a female AI repeating the same thing"
"Critical damage on the ships hull has been taken, all engines are failing, life support on; 3999 casualties, remaining life forms, one. Brace for impact in 18.34 minutes"
I was the last one on the ship, I had no idea what was going on, but I knew the ship was going to crash.
"Okay, and before you said your memory's they.."
"They felt like they vanished" I didn't remember anything I felt like my mind had been wiped and every time I tried to remember my head started to hurt, my eyes started to black out and the numbers, those stupid annoying numbers; 3,6,14,11,0 over and over again I would see them in bright red and green flashing across my eyes. I started going around the halls looking for an escape pod, there were dead bodies everywhere... I kept on looking at them wondering how they all died they had no bullet wounds, no scratch marks no signs of any fatal wounds, It was like they all just collapsed and died. When I reached the tech wing of the ship, I heard something and I went to look around. As I walked farther down the tech wing the sound got louder. I found a broken water pipe on the ground, I picked it up, just in case...
"Didn't you also say there was a "rampant droid" kinda like O'Malley, but you know not rampant or whatever you called it"
"Yeah I was getting to that... it happened when I entered the tech wing"
The whole entire back of the wing was destroyed, the ceiling caved in, rubble everywhere, everything was devastated. And then some of the rubble started to move....
"Help me! Help me out of here!"
A droid peaked it's way out of the rubble. "Please is anyone there!?"
"Uh, yes I'm here" I replied
"oh please please get my leg free!"
The droid had its leg crushed under the air lock. The air lock seemed to be the only thing in the room that wasn't destroyed it just had a bit of rubble thrown around it. As I approached the droid I had a second thought about helping it...I mean like I was the last one on the ship, I couldn't take my chances with the droid and thank god I didn't...
"Why should I help you out?" I asked
"because if you don't I will..."
his voice started to glitch...
"k-k-KILL Y.."
"You'll what?" I said angrily as I held up the pipe ready to swing and hit the droids head right off.
"I'm sorry my circuits are a bit fried, if you free me I will take my leg out quickly and shut the air lock before it pulls us both out and I will help you land the ship safely"
"okay fine" I replied.
I walked over to the air lock, grabbed onto the wall and then slammed the button.
"Go!" I yelled while gripping onto the wall so I wouldn't get pulled out.
The droid then crawled it's way out of the air lock and slammed the button down.
"Okay good now let's get out of here" I said "okay let's-s-s..."
his voice started to glitch again. I turned around.
"Shit!" I said as I raised the pipe
"lets make it 4000 casualties!" He yelled
The droids feet stuck into the ground like hooks, his eyes turned from blue to red and then he lunged his arm for the air lock. I then dove at him with the metal pipe and knocked his arm off clean. "Heretic!" He yelled in a glitchy voice.
"YOU WILL FALL HERETIC, YOU ARE NO GOD" He yelled
I didn't realize at first but his arm was still moving as I stared at him while he yelled at me and started calling me a heretic. His arm climbed it's way up the wall and pressed the air lock button. I jumped for the wall, I felt like I was being pulled through the wall as the air lock open and sucked everything out into the cold space; the droid had its feet planted into the ground so he wouldn't fly out.
As soon as he turned the corner to try and grab me, I took the metal pipe and dropped it at the level of his legs separating them from his feet, as he flew back he tried to dig his fingers into the metal floor but they just ripped through the metal floor and made a loud high pitch screech as they ran across the floor and out the air lock. I turned the corner still holding onto the wall thinking I could slam the air lock shut but when I turned the wall I got pulled off my feet. Luckily as I was being sucked out I hit the button and the air lock slammed shut, but when it shut I hit the air lock door at full speed and got knocked out.
"And then O'Malley came correct?..."
