28 - How?

"What did Abba mean holiday" Tali eventually asked

"We booked a holiday for a few days ago but as soon as all of you are better we'll rebook it" Ziva promised her little girl

"oh and Ima"

"Yes" Ziva said looking back down at Tali

"You never said"

"Said what Tali" Ziva asked confused

"Where babies come from"

"oh" "uh you'll have to ask Abba later" Ziva laughed, he could deal with the question

"Okay, you don't know," Tali said happily playing wit Kalev, the medicine was clearly working.

"Can you tell me a little bit about what happened" McGee asked Tali over an hour later

"We got tookens by lots people but Ammy made them let us go, then we got drooven to Idawo by a good girl, the police was going to take us home, Harry drived, he took us to other place to hurts us then Carlod took us here" she said making lots of mistakes

"So lots of people took you but Amanda got them to let you go" Tim repeated

"yes" Tali yawned

"how did she make them let you go" Tim asked

"she spoked to them, told them Grandpa was already hurt" she said

"They drove you back here" Tim asked slightly confused, why would the same people who took them take them back home

"no, we walked then a good girl drove us then we were with Carlod"

"oh okay, but then what" Tim asked trying not to push but needing answers

"Harry made us do stuff" she said too exhausted to cry again

"like what" Tim asked nervously

"McGee" Ziva warned

"Sorry" "Thank you Tali"

"Bye Uncle Timmy" Tali waved going back to sleep

"Hey, McGee" Tony said on his way back to Tali's room after he calmed down

"I'm sorry Zi"

"ok" she said pretty much blanking him

"I just.." he paused "care about her" "a lot" he struggled

"I know you do Tony" Ziva said still completely calm

"I really...."

"Tony" she interrupted "I heard you, I know you do"

"oh" he stopped, why didn't she want to talk to him?

"Tali heard you shouting" Ziva smiled at him sadly running her hand through Tali's hair

"Oh"

"I don't think it will matter" Ziva said

"Oh"

"Say something else Tony"

"sorry" he mumbled

"Hey come here" Ziva smiled holding her hand out to him

"yes?" he asked

"Look, this reminds me of when she was born" Ziva smiled looking down at the little girl in her arms and holding Tony's hand

"I can't believe I missed that" Tony grumbled.

The next few days consisted of a lot of screaming and crying from both Tali and Kai, Kai desperately wanted to see Tali, and Tali was in heaps of pain. Amanda was in a medically induced coma for the fist part of her stay in the hospital, Kayla was sent home after two days with medication.

"Tali, guess what" Ziva smiled

"what Ima" Tali giggled

"We can go home today" Ziva smiled again, she loved to hear her little girl giggling

"Will Kai be home too" Tali smiled back as Ziva span her round and got her dressed

"yes, she will be" Tony said walking into Tali's room

"abba abba abba, I get to go home to day" she bounced happily, she had done alot of healing during her stay, she was back to her happy bouncy self

"that's great, I'm going to pick Kai up from Aunt Abby's house, okay?" he smiled ruffling her hair

"Okay, see you at home" Ziva said quickly kissing him.

Ziva got Tali home quite quickly, they were there before Kai and Tony

"Kaidy" Tali yelled running into her sister, they launched themselves into each other smiling their tiny faces off, the two girls hugged and babbled to each other although they could both speak quite well they were going so fast it didn't make much sense also added to that they were speaking in more than one language.

That night Tali and Kai where attached to each other and didn't want to sleep int their separate beds but eventually Ziva got them to sleep.
