Okay, so every year near the Fourth of July, my city does a thing called Have A Blast were everyone gathers to enjoy fireworks, food and just enjoy being around your loved ones.
I went yesterday with my friend Mallory and her dad had to drop us off and return to his house to pick up Mallory's mom. So we sat at the chairs like her father told us to and talked and hid from Courtlyn. (She's kinda clingy and we were not in the mood to hang out with her.)
After a while, Mallory's little brother Keaton sat at the chairs with us and we sat there, talking and laughing until we saw my boyfriend then we got up and ran over to him. Almost Coincidently, Mallory's boyfriend, Claytin, ran up behind us and scared us.
It was just the four of us until Grant Wells joined us. Then after he did, Caleb Swinson started to hang out with us and then Eric joins us.
We sit there laughing and having the best time ever and then Grant leaves and Mallory's parents come back and we can finally get up and walk around.
After a while it was just me, Mallory, Claytin, Kaleb, Caleb, and these two other girls, Trinity and Chelsea.
We were hanging out in the trees, playing tag and being stupid and popping each other's backs. 😂
After a while Mallory's dad gets mad at us and tells us not to go into the trees again so we take over the playground I got a piggyback ride from Caleb Swinson. (He's hella strong tbh. I weigh a shit ton so I was surprised.)
Yeah, I got to hang out with my friends, hold hands with my boyfriend and all was right in the world. ❤️
