The rest of my morning classes weren't that bad other than the fact that they were BORING AS FUCK,
but hey I was in school, was there really much to expect?
And then came my death sentence,
the lunchroom.
Others think of lunchtime as the salvation of their day, but me?
no thanks.
At all of the previous schools I had gone to, the cafeteria food was absolutely terrifying, I was not looking forward to this.
As for a seat, I never really had a problem choosing my friends because well, it may not be the best thing in some situations but liked being alone.
I entered the lunchroom in search for an empty table
One again, the stares and the glares that were exchanged during this moment made me feel as if I were in a
"Deal or no deal" game show and my choices were crucial.
"Hey! Alex over here!" A girl yelled smirking and giggling back to her group
I already saw the obvious red flag there, no thanks.
A tall brunette boy then approached me
I raised an eyebrow
"Can I help you?" I said crossing my arms
He then got a little too close for my liking and put on hand on my waist
"see, you're really hot and--" he started
"see, I know and as if" I said pushing his hand off of me
As I walked away some whispers were exchanged and the rest of the guys in his group laughed at him and exchanged looks
"oooo!!"
"Rejected!"
something along the lines of that.
I looked over to another table to find Kyle smirking in amusement
I rolled my eyes
After walking around the entire cafeteria I finally managed to find an empty table.
I sat down and out my headphones in,
pulling out my phone,
when I was joined by a presence
"Why are you here?" I asked
"I have a right to be" Kyle said taking out my left ear bud
"Nirvana? Nice." He said
I nodded and then took out the other earbud
"Leave" I said
He stood up and put
his hand on his heart,
Earning looks from several people
"I am deeply offended" he said rather loudly
"I thought we had fun the other night" he said
"I was drunk, how should I remember" I said
There were a few gasps from the tables in front of us
"oh no" I said
"Damn it Kyle!" I said punching him in the shoulder
"Ow!!" He yelled
"Dang you can punch hard for a girl"
he said
"What was that for?!" He yelled
"Everyone was staring and you just had to say that!!" I said
"and?" He said with a look of confusion
"Now everyone's going to think that I slept with you!" I said
"Oh.." He said
"Is that such a bad thing?" He said smirking
"Yes! Yes it is!" I said crossing my arms
The bell then rang dismissing us from lunch
well this is going to be an interesting afternoon..
