*Maddi's POV*
I was really mad at myself.I looked in the miror.I really am as ugly they say.I grabbed the boxes of hairdye I was saving for halloween. Bye-bye black hair.I found the scissors and a handful of my knee length hair and hacked it away.Soon I had cut all of my hair so it reached my shoulders.I bleached my hair so it was a pretty golden brown.The tips were super blond.I poured the red dye in a special bowl.The tips were falling in it.It covered the tips in red dye.I wrinsed all of the dye out and went to sleep.
*NEXT DAY*
Getting ready for school was easy.I ran downstairs,grabbed my bag and dashed outside.Soon I saw Preston's batterted up Chevy.As soon as he saw my hair his jaw dropped.
"Why?" he asked.
"I wanted to fit in." I said
"I think you're perfect.I love your warm brown eyes,your amazing smile,and how you stand with so much cofindence,and..." he trailed off.I hopped in and he drove away from our houses.
"Did you mean it,all that you said?"
He didn't awnser.Soon we pulled into the school parkinglot.He leand over the center console and kissed me.
"I did,oh and, be mine?"
"Yes." I said and hopped out of the truck and skipped into school.
