The Flame In Town

Blaze's POV~

It was a nice, calm, sunny day, though the heat was unbelievable! 101°F and we weren't frying to death, I was doing my normal early afternoon chorese, getting bread for my sister and I, going down to the creek to get fresh water, fix something around the house, basicly what I do every day. I wasn't even done with my first chore before a woman started screaming and yelling, she spoke of a fire, I decided to forget the bread, and get my sister out of our house. I ran as fast as I could, I wanted to tame the fire to cool it down, but I haven't been able to do that latly, it's a mystery of my special talent, as soon as I bolted through our door, Silver Star looked at me in surprise. "Blaze....what's wrong?" She asked me this question, one I didn't want to answer. "There's a fire, we need to grab everything we can, and get on the train that leaves in Ten Minutes!" I looked out of a window only to find that the fire was spreading extremely quick, smoke rising from town square only where I had just been moments ago. I started with blankets, I had only gotten my sisters bag complete when she yelled and told me the fire was 3 houses away. I stode still and thought for a moment, thinking if I sent my sister onto the train, alone, and stayed here and tried to tame the fire, I'd find her again. "Silver, take the bag, and get on the train, head for Canterlot, now, I'll come find you when I get the fire out" "Promise we'll see each other again?" She asked a question with an obvious answer. "Cross my heart, hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye" I had Pinkie sweared to her, nobody breaks a Pinkie swear. That's when I smelled the smoke in our house, it had come, to our roof, I teleported my sister outside and yelled "GO SILVER, GO!" She went as I told her while I tried to tame the fire. Since my powers weren't working properly for the past week and a half, the fore only grew, BIGGER, and FASTER. The heat of the flames wasn't supposed to affect me, but it was boiling my hair and skin, I heard a Crack above me, too afraid to look up, I forced myself to look. As soon as I did, a beam fell on me, knocking me out for several hours....
