Elemental Woods x Robin (Jason Todd)

Oh boy. Robin was nervous. Usually he could keep his cool, but he was going out with the girl of his dreams. Elemental Woods. The girl with the sparkling eyes and beautiful dark, curly hair. A hero Jason had met in Gotham one night. He couldn't help but be amazed. She was beautiful, smart and insanely powerful.

He couldn't help but fall in love at the first sight of her.

She was everything he ever wished for, and after getting the nerve to ask her out after four months....

SHE SAID YES!!

That was a week ago, and he had spent every moment trying to make it perfect. He wanted her to feel special, to feel loved.

Naturally, he asked Batman for some advice, since as Bruce Wayne, he was ladies man.

"Be yourself and compliment her." Bruce told Jason, with a comforting smile.

How in God's name is he supposed to do that?!

I mean, he just couldn't be his usual self, the temper, some times bad attitude, rude manor.

Jason wanted to be a gentleman! He wanted Elemental Woods to have a wonderful time, to enjoy every second and even go on a next date.

Oh how hopelessly in love Jason was with her. Everything she did, the way she talked, walked, smiled, made Jason fall more and more in love with her. How couldn't he? She was kind but sassy, smart, and beautiful inside and out.

He wanted everything to be absolute perfection for the hero.

So, he reserved a table at her favourite restaurant. Then planned a walk in the park. It was a splendid idea, since he wanted Elemental to feel special, plus she had a special connection with nature. Since she was able to control the elements and all that gist.

So now, wearing his best suit, a white buttonup undershirt, a black jacket with matching dress pants, shoes and a tie, Jason knocked on her door. He waited for a moment, nervously playing with his tie and messing with his hair.

Not long after, the door opened and Jason straightened his posture, smiling sheepishly. Out came Elemental Woods, she was wearing a knee-length dark blue dress, it was simple but elegant and her long dark brown hair was in a casual braid, but Jason thought it looked amazing. "Elemental, you looked amazing." Jason breathed out, amazed about how beautiful she looked, although he through she looked beautiful every day.

"Not so bad yourself Jason." She winked playfully, making Jason's cheeks turn pink. He held out his arm to her asking, "Shall we go?" Elemental nodded excitedly, hooking her arm with his.

"Where are we going anyways?" The dark haired girl asked her date, looking up since he was a little taller. He smiled and said, "I thought the Olive Garden would be nice." Elemental's smile widened and leaned into him.

"That sounds wonderful." She replied. Jason let out a barely audible sigh of relief. The Olive Garden wasn't that far from Elemental's house, so they got there in only a few minutes, talking about random things as they walked.

As they walked up to the counter, Jason told the Hostess, "Reservation for Jason, party of two." The hostess nodded, telling them to follow her and she lead them to a corner table.

They ordered their drinks and started talking about more random things while looking at the menu. Ordering soon after the couple continued their discussions.

"Nuh uh, Umbridge is way worse then Voldemort!" Elemental exclaimed, laughing a bit as she took a forkful of spaghetti and ate it. "Elemental, Voldemort killed hundred of people, how is he not worse then Umbridge?" Jason asked, chuckling.

"Well, Umbridge is the villain that we have to face almost everyday, either at school or work or just a normal day. She is that one person no one can stand, and everyone hates. Voldemort is the villain we never want to face. Someone we know will never really come into our lives on a personal level." She explained. Jason stared at her with wide eyes, that was an explanation that he wasn't expecting.

"Who's better, Percy Jacks-" Jason was cut off by a pair of beeping noises. "Oh no." The two of them said in unison. "We have to get that." Elemental sighed, standing up. Jason quickly paid and they ran out the door.

On the way, they changed into their hero uniforms. Jason in his Robin uniform and Elemental in her black one-piece black stretchy suit and black combat boots with her dark blue cloak and black mask that covered her eyes.

"So? What are we in for?" Elemental asked as Jason received the instructions from Batman through his communication device located in his ear. "There's a Bank being robbed by Two Face's men." Jason explained as he ran on the roof tops and Elemental was flying a little bit above him.

They stopped as they reached the bank, police cars were parked in front of the bank, the officers had their guns directed on the entrance of the bank. They knew there were hostages, and they decided to stay put so no one got killed on their watch.

"Fly us to the top, theirs an air-vent we can go through." Jason told his date. She nodded, understanding the plan. She picked Jason bridal style, much to his complaints and embarrassment. Elemental flew them to the bank, across from the building they were perched on without being seen.

(Get it? Robin-Perch? I'll shut up now.... -_-)

When she set herself and Robin down, Jason immediately ran over to the large air-vent and unscrewed it, popping the grate out of it's place and setting it down. Jason was the first to crawl inside and Elemental followed, flying through the vent.

That's when they reached another grate, right below the hostage seen. There were three men, all with masks and guns. The first one was getting the money, the second was holding the gun to everyone in the bank, yelling threats and third was on the look out.

Jason quietly opened the grate, taking a smoke bomb and throwing it inside the room. When It went off, the whole roof was stuffed with smoke, allowing Robin to jump through the vent undetected, Elemental following.

Robin kicked the lookout in the face, knocking him flat on his back as Elemental shot the guy holding hostages with a large fire ball, causing him to knocked back, the gun falling out of his hands and skidding across the room.

The third man came running in, shooting at Elemental, only for her to put up a wall of fire, melting the bullets. Then, she used the air and pushed him against the wall, creating an air bubble around his head, to stop his breathing.

"Elemental! Stop you're going to kill him!" Robin yelled at you, making you release the man, who gasped for breath. The two heroes handcuffed them, Robin using regular handcuffs and Elemental using water handcuffs.

The two gave them to the police, who thanked and congratulated them. The two of them flew back onto a roof and changed (Not together.... pervs). Then the two of them sat down, looking at the city.

"I'm sorry this date was ruined." Jason apologised, rubbing his neck nervously while avoiding eye contact. Elemental placed her hand on his and replied, "Hey, that was the best date ever." Jason looked at her and smiled. "Really? Would you like to go on another one with me? I can't promise we will have a normal date, but I can try my best." He offered.

Elemental smiled and answered, "Who wanted normal anyway you dork? I would love to go out with you again." Jason smiled wider and in them moment cupped her cheeks and planted a soft kiss on her lips.

With wide eyes, Elemental was shocked but slowly melted into the kiss, tangling her fingers in his messy hair.

Hey, you only live once right? Let's make it count!

That was awesome to write. I hope you all enjoyed it. I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while, I've just been kinda busy. I also apologise for my lame joke. Anyway, hope you loved reading it as much as I loved writing it!
