Sam ha recently given birth to twin boys (not that it shows!) and on said 'date' the boys were present and as cute as ever.
The couple look as if they're having a great time, smiling and laughing, and we hope that it's not just for the press! We wish the couple the best of luck, and hope that the twins (Adrian and Russell) are as happy and healthy as their parents!
