so I was in the cafeteria @ school and I found this poster that someone wrote

I found this really fucking deep first of all and it just made me realize that ppl, just in my school, know what his happening, and they are aware that someone out there will read this and have will be affected. and it worked.
whenever I talk to someone about my "depression", as some will call it, and automatically say something like "no ur not thinking about that, your fine, your happy" when really that isn't the case. and finding this just on the wall of our cafeteria was just mind blowing how ppl understand.
