Now I am not the type of person to judge people by looks but I am the type of person to judge a person who bullies another person for stupid reasons. Bullying can come in different forms and anyone can bully someone just because of how they act, how the person talks, and even by how someone looks. Most people just bully's someone for no reason at all. Also people judge people and even sometime that person who is the bully doesn't even know about their past.
