M: Hello Love. Kumusta? *smiles at R*
R: Hi Love. Ikaw ang kumusta? Masama daw pakiramdam mo?
M: Okay ako. Lalo pa nandyan ka na. *smiles* Wag kang mag-alala, Love. Ikaw? You look tired. Natulog ka ba?
R: Okay lang ako, Love. Pagod nga lang siguro ako. Wag mo na ako intindihin. Ikaw kaya? May scenes ka pa ba? Pahatid na kita? *frowns, looks at M with concern*
M: Meron pang isa. Mamaya na ako uuwi. Halika nga muna. *signals R to come closer to her*
R: *squats in front of M's chair*
M: *holds R's face in her hands* I know, Love. I know. You don't have to tell me. I know.
She knows.
She knows he's not just physically tired but also emotionally exhausted from the pointless hate directed to him.
She knows but she doesn't understand how people can say those things to such a good man.

M: Di bagay sa'yo ang nakasimangot. Patingin ng dimple.
R: *forces a weak smile*

R: *chuckles and smiles widely flashing his dimple*
R: *laughs* Thank you, Love. Thank you for always making me smile and making me happy. Ikaw na talaga aking personal bag of sunshine and rainbows. Paano na lang ako kung wala ka? Pambansang wrinkles na siguro ako.
M: *laughs* Hindi din. Gwapo pa din uy. *kisses his forehead* I love you.
R: *hugs M's waist and rests his head on her tummy, sighs contentedly* I love you more and more and more, Love. Dito ka lang ha?
M: I will be here, Love. I'm just here for you. *combs her hand through R's hair* Lagi mo akong inaalagaan at pinoprotektahan. Okay lang din mapagod, Love. Basta andito ako. Ako naman mag-aalaga sa'yo.
R: *closes his eyes and hugs M tighter* Thank you, Love.
They quietly stay in that position for a minute before M speaks.
M: Love, ano yun? *referring to the bag R set on the table when he arrived*
R: *pulls away from M and looks at the table* Ah, para sa'yo yan, Love. Gutom ka na ba?
M: Medyo. Kain tayo? *smiles*
R: *stands up and offers his hand to M* Tara, Love. *smiles*
M: *takes his hand and walks with him to the table*
