For the majority of my life I lived a lie. My birth place, my family, my friends. All a lie. The truth has never been clear to me since that day. It only takes one minute for your whole life to change. Sixty seconds. That's it. Your whole life can fall apart into pieces in only a minute; and May twenty-fifth was the day mine all changed.

When your whole life comes crashing down in a matter of hours, the stress multiplies. You can't think straight and your mind becomes a blur. That's what happened to me; Audrey Letang, formally Audrey Collett.

When you think life can't get any worse, a hurricane hits. The situation I'm in is more like an earthquake. The whole world shakes and cracks appear. Families break apart and you're lost; you're lost in a place you spent your whole life. It is now unrecognizable, indescribable and unbearable.

These sixty seconds were the hardest moments of my life. The astounding words that left the mouths of my loved ones and the tears that escaped and ran down my face. The darkest secrets all revealed in sixty seconds.
