Wendy got her cake and sat down at the table the stranger was at. She took her first bite of the cake and closed her eyes as she enjoyed the taste.

"This is really good!"

"I know."

"Was this store open a long time ago?"

"It just opened today."

"How did you know this was a good cake?"

"I was actually here in the morning before I went to school."

"Ice cream cake for breakfast?"

"Yeah."

"Wait, you're a student?"

"Yup, at xxx high school."

"Really? My friend Yeri goes there."

"I actually don't have a lot of friends; usually I'm alone and where no one can see me."

"I'll be your friend."

"Thanks."

"How come you're not in your uniform?"

"I dislike wearing it in public, I keep it in this bag."

He showed her his uniform in his bag.

"You seem to hate school."

"Well, when you don't have anyone to talk to, it gets pretty lonely."

"Just know, I'll be going to this store everyday, and you can talk to me."

"I really appreciate it."

"No problem! Oh, what's your name?"

"Mark Tuan."

"Mine is Wendy Son."

"Wendy Son, you truly are a great person."

She blushed.

"Mark Tuan, you're a lovely person to chat with."

"So are you."

She blushed again as he gave her a heart stopping smile.

"Do you have anymore ice cream cake suggestions?"

"There's Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Circus Animal, Chocolate Oreo Truffle, Red Velvet, Meyer Lemon Blueberry, Strawberries and Cream, Whoppers Malted Milk, Root Beer Float, Mint Chocolate Chip, and lots more. I highly recommend the Red Velvet ice cream cake."

"I'll make sure to try it tomorrow! I have to go now, sadly. See you tomorrow!"

She finished the cake and left.

"Bye," he said with a frown.
