Why is the grass green?

It is green because the mermaids need the chemical that makes it green
There is Shishtashaw in the grass and that makes it green.
when it rains it comes off of the grass and makes its way to the ocean.
In the ocean the mermaids use it as hair conditioner, why do you think mermaids have such great hair??
