Welcome to the year 3050. My name is Darshali and this is my story.
Before the story begins, I'll let you know the basics .
Democratic countries are extinct. You will not find any democratic country. Planet earth is now ruled by The Alpha King Lucas. It's been this way since werewolves revealed themselves a century ago. Every human was captured and turned into werewolves. If a human did not comply than they were killed on the spot.
The previously known seven continents are now divided into six states. North and South america are now one. Antarctica and Arctic have no werewolf existence. Everyone is prohibited from entering those two continents.
It is said that King Lucas is merciless. He also is said to have no mate or some say that he has killed his own mate. Werewolves have mates. They are also known as soulmates. They are our other half, A werewolf cannot live without there mate.
Every werewolf looks perfect by appearance. That is because when they shift all the ugly things go away.
Each year the alpha hosts a ball so that every pureblood (the real werewolf families and not the converted ones) can find there mates. So the pure bloodlines can go on. Everyone invited to the ball is between the age of 20 to 25. Even the Alpha King is a 23 year old.
This is my first year of going to the ball.
