High School, the "best years of your life". Well I had already spent a few in high school and with 3 more years still to go, I was hardly overjoyed.
But here I was, standing outside the ninth high school I would ever attend. My dad said the next stop would be military school.
There was a flag on either side of the door to the foyer. "How bloody American." I think dryly. You don't see shit like that back in Australia.
I stride through the front doors and into the unknown.
