"Boo!!" I heard someone yell my name from downstairs

"Wake up" a faint voice whispered

The hell? I thought opening my eyes slowly, my vision was a blur but for some reason I could tell where everything was

"What the hell is wrong with you!!!??" A women screamed

"Wake up, now" the same voice called out. It became a little more clearer than last time

"We'll it's not my fucking fault, now is it Boo!!?" A guys voice screamed as well

"Wake up" it sounded like a guys voice calling out to me, he sounded worry and very close but I could care less about that

I sat up straight breathing heavy as I looked around my room and was shock to see the condition it was in

Pure darkness. I tried grabbing my phone from my nightstand on the left but couldn't fine it, I stopped and quickly groan, this is some bullshit . . . Why didn't I just look at my clock?

I thought somewhat bitterly, I turn to my right and was shock to see the time was 4:44 a.m

What the-? I saw a glimpse of white light from my left; thinking it was my phone I turn towards it and scattered my hand all over the nightstand until I felt the hard case

Grasping the iPhone and pressing the home button, my mouth dropped as my eyes widen when I saw that I didn't have a text or notification of any type, my heart started to race and cold sweat was starting to form

Quickly getting off the bed I ran towards my door; opening it so fast I thought it was going to fly off. I turned the light switch on and was blinded by the bright light

Shit!! Rubbing my eyes; I tried to get used to the light

I looked around the room to see if anyone was there but I saw no one, I walked towards my closet and rampage through my clothes just to make sure

"If there's someone here then just please come out" I said irritatedly annoyed, "look...I won't call the cops. Just come out and don't come back, alright?" I said hopefully, if they come out I sure as hell am going to call the cops on their ass

I thought pissed, "who are you talking too?" I turned around and it was Ben

I smiled and shook my head, "I just...Thought, that I saw someone or something" I said while scratching the back of my head

He chuckled, "you need to stop being so paranoid Boo, it isn't good for your brain" he said shaking his head and walking towards his room

Scrunching my eyebrows together in confused I thought, since when did he ever cared? Walking towards his room I said, "yo? Ben?!" Opening the door I thought he might still be awake, "can we ta-" I cut myself off once I saw that he was asleep, what the hell? It looks like he's been asleep this whole time

Closing the door behind me, I went downstairs and towards the fridge, "you're awake awfully early Boo"

I jumped-startled by the voice behind me, I turned around and smiled when I realized who it was, "I couldn't sleep so I thought I make some hot chocolate or something" I lied to my dad

"You okay?" I nodded and he smiled while getting up, "what me to make it?"

I shrugged my shoulders, "sure, why not?" I said going towards the living room and turned the T.V on and left it on the channel it was on

"In other news-" groaning, I grabbed the remote and was about to change it when the story caught my attention, "Eighteen year old Robert Delinsky in apartment four forty six was murdered in his home no more than a few hours ago-"

This can't be happening I thought

"Is everything okay?"

Shaking my head I could feel the tears threating to come out, "Roberts dead, dad"
