"Really, how do I help?" I ask with a hint of sadness in my eyes.
"Well, you found us so we kinda made a chain to that very tall Window and we needed one more person to reach it, I'd be tallest to shortest, so when we reached the top, Candy could jump out and get police and show them where we are." Harry said in his monotone voice, we immediately ran to the window, how could this place be anything but spacious but have such a high window?

But in order Steve, Fred, Toney, Harry, Paige, Collin, katakena, Robbin, Manny, Shrignold and candy had stacked up, all trying to not lose balance, candy was shaking.

"What if we're still not tall enough." She asked scared as she seemed she was anticipating this but her mind said there was more to this.
"Come on now Candy, do it for your brothers." Steve said, (did I mention that Steve and Fred were brothers and candy was their sister???) She smiled just a tad and climbed on everyone and eventually got to the top and hopped out the window she ran fast getting a missing poster and sure enough 26 minutes later she had made it. But back at the house Everyone had triumphed and celebrated until Manny's father came down they seemed to all paused in horror even Manny.
"Stop screaming children. For no one can hear you." He said silently, he tilted his head. "Tell me, where is little Candy."
"You know how little girls are, hiding and such." Paige said, her voice slightly going away, Everyone nodded.
"Yeah dad we were playing hide and seek!" Manny smiled a little, Steve was pretending to look for her, katakena was still frightened. What if he found out but her heart was strong not going to back down from sudden shock when she heard the words out his mouth.

"THEN WHY'S THE WINDOW OPEN!?" Everyone's face had fallen and turned pale. "I'm done, this is the last straw!" He said going to Paige. "Your coming with me!" He yelled dragging her away she started screaming.
"Paige!" Toney exclaimed. "We need to get her."
"But the rules." Robbin shook, he wasn't one to get killed they were sure no one was.
"Well so? He's breaking the rules we might as well!" Toney said this wasn't up for debate, they silently heard Shrignold who knew the numerical beeps by heart. They walked to the door and saw the police they walked out but saw Paige held at gunpoint.
"Stop!" Katakena yelled she reached out

Paige closed her eyes and prepared for pain that was in that gun, she wasn't going to live to her knowledge no one lives after a bullet to the head... she knew. Her mom died at the hands of this man she felt like she deserved this, you see, after she had been trapped with them she had gone mad and treated harry, and Robbin badly especially Manny...

Everyone made Manny feel bad Steve, Fred and candy (even though she was just following her brothers) even tricked him into to thinking he ate his friends, she regretted being apart of the game his father put them all in. When they found out he was just like him they all felt guilt wash over them but candy started crying and really didn't talk to them that much since then... and that was two months ago.

But paige was straying off her thoughts she smiled and gracefully awaited fate to take her, but felt a strong arm on her wrist pulling her away, he shot and hit her other arm because her other arm got in the way, she screamed in pain.
"What.the.fuck!?" Paige yelled in mad rage, but was now being held by Toney her long time friend.

"You don't have much time, your arm is bleeding out fast." Toney was in shock as was everyone else.
"Anyone know first aid?" Shrignold asked everyone, as Manny's dad was standing there staring at the police. Manny pushed everyone aside as he bandaged paige's wound Paige just looked shocked.
"Aren't you still mad at me for everything?" She managed to say, he paused but shook his head.
"No, I'm not I don't blame you for feeling that way towards me. Just think of as a truce." He replied silently as Paige started blacking out before she could stay more.

"What do you want from me!?" Manny's father asked katakena smiled her black hair and tan skin was drenched in blood.
"You hurt these children long enough, just give them up, its over." This was all ridiculing the officers, they knew about katakena and hadn't stopped her, Manny's father looked at the gun, he looked like he was going to set it down but he put it to his mouth, Steve and Fred knew what was next and pushed everyone in the house so they saw nothing.

Officers ran to stop him but it was already too late and he had already shot he fell to the floor katakena was shocked as more blood drenched her, the officers pushed her in a car and ran in to go get the others, candy was sleeping in the police car with clean clothes. They never believed this would happen, Steve and Fred ran to Candy who embraced them and was happy. Manny was still inside looking at a picture he drew, Harry and Robbin were looking out the window the whole time.

"Where's my dad? Is he okay?" After all this stuff he had been through he still forgave his dad and wanted to hug him right now.
"Um... h-he's" Robbin tried talking but couldn't know how to not make him feel so upset.
"He's fine, just going to jail. He's already gone. Sorry Manny." Harry said guilt filling him instantly. Shrignold and Toney were sitting in the other room, when they heard the pop they sighed.
"I told you everyone runs out of time-"
"Would you not say the word time in every sentence!?" Shrignold asked very annoyed at the moment, an unexpected thing from such a guy.

"Fine, I'm sorry I just can't believe that Paige is healing in the other room from her rival." Toney was kinda smiling "it's weird how he just forgave her that easily not they had that much ti- um, in common." Shrignold thought for a moment.
"He's not bad. He's a good guy. Maybe even soon he'll meet his special one-"
"Hey! If I can't talk about time you must not speak a word of love. See how difficult it is?"

Collin was sitting on the roof, looking at the partly cloudy sky, for the fist time in 5 months. In the morning, when the sun came shining down in the basement he'd be the first to wake up play with his tablet and phone then feel the sun on his face, but would end in a matter of minutes because of Roy (Manny's father) going down and making everyone wake up. His hand sifted into his dirty, white colored hair and then he held his hands in the sky.
"Gilbert, where are you?"

Three pops went off and Collin had to check to see if everything was okay. But he was scared when he saw his parents on the floor.
"Gilbert help!" Collin yelled, he kneeled down to help them but it was already too late. Roy looked at Collin with hate in his eyes and scooped Collin off the floor Gilbert saw his brother being taken in right before his eyes, Gilbert grabbed his phone and tried calling police but Roy shot at him making him shake and kept running with me in his hands Collin was shouting for help but it didn't seem to be working. Gilbert was in shock he had no idea what to do he grabbed his phone while trying to run after collin.
"Let go of him! Someone call the police!" He shouted before Roy threw Collin in the truck, Gilbert ran fast, but... now it was too late for that.

Text from Gilbert:
I'll get help, but if you ever miss me remember what mom told us.

Collin sighed. She always said when they were far away from each other to be next to the morning sunlight so we'd all be looking at the sun together. Chloroform got put on Collins mouth and he passed out, waking up in the room to be greeted by Shrignold, Toney and Paige.

Collin was crying silently to himself until katakena pulled him off the roof and made everyone go to the station in their own cars to be asked many questions, who they were how they got there, what happened to the family... and so on, it was tough to tell these guys stuff but eventually made it there. And well what Collin saw made his eyes watered with joy and sadness. Gilbert standing there, a little sad not noticing Colin due to him looking on the floor. Colin ran to Gilbert, and hugged him tightly, Gilbert looked at his sibling causing him to hug him even tighter. Everyone watched the heartwarming moment between the brothers making Shrignold shed a few tears himself. But Paige was lifted to the hospital, getting the bullet out of her arm. Today was the best day they had in a long while...

Please do hug me, I'm so happy.

THIS IS HOW DHMIS SHOULD END, WELL SORTA... NOT ALONG THWSE LINES BUT YEAH...I don't understand why I feel like Colin has such a sadder back story then most of these guys, I mean equally they're all different somehow.
Paige loved her family more then life itself that's why she's such a bitch.
Shrignolds family didn't care for him that's why he really didn't care.
Toney had only an abusive father who was strict on What time he'd be home. So...
Colin had parents who cared for him but gilbert hated him for getting so much attention which was petty of his brother to do.
And Steve, candy and Fred just ran away from home until they saw the open door that lead them in...
