R A E • G A N

I feel that it's easier to bloke those you care about, out. Rather than let them in, so when the time comes that they leave you. They don't end up leaving you more broken then you were when they first found you.

It's a fear of mine to get too close, & comfortable with people. People are disappointing, and cause nothing but wreckage and destruction. Speaking from personal experience. My brain also inflicts a reflowing wave of damage to my brain, once in awhile.

I like to distance myself from most people. And it's not that I want to be alone. I'm just so used to being by myself, I can't quite get a handle on social skills .

I want to meet a nice person, and finally be content like any normal person. But it's hard to pick the right person to befriend. I want to have some assurance that the person I choose to let into my comfort zone, is someone who won't end up hurting me in the end.

Even the devil was once an Angel.

I see my mum smiling brightly as soon as she enters thru the front door.
Me, deciding to be the lovely daughter I am. I swung my legs off of the stool, and made my way over to her. Grabbing some of the groceries, she was struggling to carry, out of her hands.

"Aww thank you sweetheart." I hear her shout as I made my way back to the kitchen. The only reason I am carrying the bags inside, is so I won't have to put away the food later.

"Anything for you, mum" I said, returning to the door, where more food awaited to be carried. Only to be sent to death by my tummy.

Okay you seriously need to stop watching game of thrones.

After all of the food was brought inside of the house, I was back on my stool that was in front of the island. Attempting to finish my report on the physically impaired.

It was an easy A+ assignment, but I was more focused on me to try and get anything done. Next weekend it will be my 16th birthday and I'm excited, more then I have been in a while.

I'm hoping my family and I can go out and just have a nice dinner together. Nothing big, nothing extravagant, just a small simple day together. That's all I want, seeing as we haven't had much time together as a family.

"Honey." I looked up hearing my mother's voice, snap me out of my thoughts.

I hummed in response.

"Do you know where your brother is?" She questioned as she stepped into the kitchen.

"Uh yeah I think he's in his room." I shrugged my shoulders.

"No." She shook her head confused. "I've already looked in his room. He's not in their." She replied, looking stressed out a bit.

Where the hell would he be ? He know's he's suppose to be in before 10:30.

Sighing, I decided to cover for him. Something i'll probably regret later.

"Oh right he told me he was going to sleep over at a friends house tonight. And that he'd call you later to tell you."

"Really, Why didn't you tell me earlier?" She questioned, exhaling outwardly. She gets worried a lot, just because she doesn't want anything bad to happen to us. And that's one of the reasons she's a great mother.
