That evening .....
Nico's POV :
Will was strolling down the fields, he stopped and I saw him look up the stars . he sighed and continued to walk . then, he was pulled to the ground by someone. He screamed in agony .
"You'll pay Solace" a shrill voice whispered.
"Noo stop !! AHH!!" He screamed . then it went silent . the figure rose . he was wearing a dark cloak now soaked in blood. He looked down to the boy in the fields .
What have I done ???
I woke up with a scream . the door opened . hazel entered the cabin .
"Hey what's wrong ?? I heard you scream" she asked coming closer . I curled in to a ball and began to cry
"It's Will , i-i saw him in the fields an-and-" I sobbed .
"Hey its just a dream" she patted my shoulder
" I came to visit you once I heard what happened" she told
"Its horrible sis" I choked
"I know you'll get over it soon. Will shall get better soon" hazel reassured. I hugged her tight. She's the only one whom I trust .
"It's my fault haze" I blurted out . hazel looked at me
"I should've been there to protect him" I sobbed . she cupped my face
"No it wasnt , its someone else's fault. You can't blame yourself for not being there for him" she comforted .
" I had nightmares about my past too " she explained
"But I got over it" she continued. I bowed my head
" you don't understand" I told her .
"Yes I do, you feel guilty about it" she answered . I shook my head if only you knew I thought . hazel hugged me and tucked me in my bed.
"I'll be right here when you need me" she promised. Then left my room . I sighed and tossed around . I'm insane I thought . then I heard voices outside . I stood up and peeked through the window . I saw Leo and Percy talking . I leaned closer .
"Hmm there are footprints in the ground" leo detected.
"You think??" Percy said
"That's the clue I saw" Leo recalled . percy sighed
"Look man if you wanna help, then help me figure out what this sign is " percy assigned. Leo came closer to him . I peeked wider to see what they are talking about. I saw a familiar dagger in Percy's hand. Both boys are examining it
"Looks kinda weird to me" leo described
"By the way, why are we checking out the dagger, ol' mama used to tell me to search for tracks not weapons although it might be useful too" leo retorted
"Because leo, anyone could own this dagger , and all weapons have the respective godly parent's sign in it. Once we figure it out, we will know which cabin to search for" percy explained. I closed the curtains. And went back to bed. Percy and Leo are investigating I thought. I sighed then tried to go back to sleep. But then ceased knowing what i'll dream again. Trying to clear my mind, I hummed the lullaby bianca used to sing to me (song: soldatino by Paola Bennet ) . then finally drifted back to sleep. This time, I dreamt about my past. When it was just me and bianca on L.A. .
Why can't it belike that forever ???
