"Will??" I asked surprised. I was pinned against the wall in my cabin by will solace. His devilish smirk visible across the dark room .

" shhh beautiful you don't want the whole camp hearing you " he whispered soothingly . just then he buried his face against my neck . I gritted my teeth .

"Will stop" I pleaded . he did not listen he gripped my pants and unzipped it .

"Will stop please" I begged again . he didn't listen .he pushed me against my bed pinning me through the mattress . I called for help. Anyone ?? Hazel ? Percy ? Chiron ? . but they didn't seem to listen .

"Nico ? Are you alright??" Hazel asked.

"Uh yeah I guess " I replied. I was on the big house . ever since I told Chiron about what will did ,he held a trial in camp half blood . I closed my eyes and sighed deeply . Chiron was the judge and Mr. D and percy were the jury and hazel and Jason were the witnesses . (since hazel saw me and Jason heard us) . beside me were annabeth, piper, Leo , and reyna (A/N: reyna went to visit camp half blood) all whom were all upset and disgusted at Will Solace .

"Nico di Angelo , please rise " Chiron commanded . I stood up . I could feel eyes staring at me . piper smiled slightly then glared at will .

Third person's POV :

Nico stood up from the right corner . Chiron cleared his throat . then turned to the witnesses .

"Ms. Levesque and Mr. Grace please rise " he told them . the two demigods rose from their seats .

" will you two promise to tell nothing but the truth of your testimony??" He asked.
