'I want a tattoo.' Gerard said from the end of the couch. The entire room burst into laughter. Ray falling over in the process. 'Gee, you know that involves needles right?' Mikey said, now just giggling. 'Yeah Mikes, I know.....but I've been thinking about it for a while and....I want a tattoo." Gee said, looking down at his socked feet. 'Well, as the awesome boyfriend I am, I'll take you later. What exactly do you want?' Frank said, resting his hand on top of Gerard's."Okay, um...I think I want the word 'LOVE' on my wrist.' Gerard whispered, his cheeks turning a dusty rose color. 'Hey! Don't be embarrassed! It's okay.' Ray half-yelled from his spot on the floor. 'Okay.' Gerard squeaked. 'Let's go!' Frank yelled, pulling Gerard up. 'Should we come?' Mikey asked, looking concerned for his big brother's sanity. 'No, I'll be okay.' Gerard yelled, half-way out the door, tripping over his own feet as Frank dragged him to the car.

Gerard was never more wrong in his entire life...
---
During the car ride there, his stomach kept flipping, the closer they got, the more anxious Gerard got. 'Death is coming, your gonna die, Gerard. Any final words, GeeGee?' Thoughts filling his head, death scenarios coming and going. He was starting to panic, but before anything bad could happen, Frank interrupted his thoughts.
'You know you don't have to do this, right?' Frank asked. 'Yeah...but I really want to!'
'Okay, but just remember, we won't be disappointed if you don't want to do it.' Frank cooed, taking Gee's hand as they pulled into the parking lot in front of a shopping center.'Okay.' Gerard mumbled. The car jolted to a halt, causing a wave of nausea to come over Gerard. The doors were unlocked, Gerard got out and froze. 'Come on Gee...or you'll be late.' Frank said, grabbing a small backpack he brought, walking around the front of the car and grabbing Gerards clammy hand.
---
They wandered into the small tattoo parlor and Frank lead Gerard to the small waiting room as he signed in. 'Hi, um...we have an appointment for Gerard Way, for a tattoo.' Frank said to the woman at the small front counter. 'Okay sir, Laine will see him shortly.' The woman replied fixing her green hair. She was covered from head-to-toe in tattoos and piercings. The sight made Gerard's stomach flip repeatedly, the nausea becoming worse.
---
'Gerard Way.' Said a woman that had stepped out of a small room in the corner of the building.Gerard gripped Frank's grey sweater suddenly, automatically Frank realized it was his ' I'm Terrified Don't let anything happen to me.' deathgrip. 'Gee, you have to go.' Frank whispered, prying Gerard's hand off him. Gerard slowly stood up, his legs almost giving out. 'Do you want me to come with you?' Frank asked, concern lurking in his voice. He gave a quick nod. Frank quickly stood up and laced his fingers with Gee's, slowly leading him to a concerned looking artist. 'Are you okay, sweetie?' She asked, her name tag suggested her name was Laine. Gerard mumbled something on the lines of,' I don't like needles.'
'It's okay,' She rested a hand on his shoulder. 'I'm Laine, and don't you worry, you'll be okay.'
Gerard shakily sat down in a seat in the back of the parlor. Tears threatening to spill over his cheeks. Frank pulling up a stool next to him, pulling a sketchpad out of his backpack. Gerard slowly pulls his hands away from his rosy face, hazel eyes sparkling with fresh tears. "Frank...y-you know I-I can't draw with m-my left hand." Gee stuttered. The corners of Frank's lips arched onto a small smile. "You're not the one drawing!" Frank said, causing Gerard's eyes to widen and a smile creep onto his face.
'Alrighty darling, what do you want?' Laine said, snapping Gerard back to his senses 'Oh...um...I think I want love written in cursive on my right wrist.' Gerard said quietly, looking down at his feet. 'Okay, any specific color?' She asked. 'No, just black.'
---
Laine clamped some sort of platform on the side of the chair, resting Gee's arm on top of it. She wiped just below his wrist with rubbing alcohol. The color drained from Gerard's face as she started up the machine, dipping it in ink. 'You ready, sweetie?' She asked, looking up at him. Gerard quickly nodded, squeezing his eyes shut even tighter, if that was even possible.
Laine touched the needle to his arm, starting to ink.
Gerards knuckles started to turn white from him squeezing his hand to hard. Frank took his chin between his fingers and turned it so Gerard was facing him. 'Hey, I know you're scared, but please look at me, Gee.' Frank said, Gerard slowly opened his eyes, fear swimming through his iris'. 'I'm going to tell you a story, to take your mind off what's happening. Okay?' Gerard slowly nodded. A grin spread across Frank's face. He took the pencil in hand and drew a stickman with a bob. 'This is Gerard, he doesn't like to speak very much.' He drew a similar figure next to him, but with hair a bit shorter. 'This is Frank, he's Gerard's friend, and one of the only people Gerard will speak to.' Gerard smiled at his boyfriend's drawing. Frank drew a small heart between them. 'They both liked each other, very much, actually.' He erased their arms, then drew them back, this time connected. 'They soon became a couple, and Gerard started talking to more people.' Laine chuckled, Gerard smiled. 'Soon, Gerard talked to everyone!' Frank drew two more figures, one next to Gerard with short hair and glasses, the other next to Frank, with poofy hair. ' Gerard, Gerard's dorky brother-'
"Hey! Mikey is not dorky!' Gerard half-yelled, cutting Frank off. 'Okay fine. Gerard, Gerard's baby brother, the fluffy-haired friend, and Frank started a band called My Chemical Romance.' Frank turned to the next page and drew Gerard with a microphone, Mikey with a bass guitar, and Frank and Ray with electric guitars. 'And they lived happily ever after, making awesome music for their fans!' Frank exclaimed, making Gerard and Laine start laughing. 'You are the best storyteller ever, Frankie!' Gerard laughed, reaching out and ruffling Frank's raven hair.'I spend quality time on my hair, Gerard Arthur Way!' Frank screeched,Gerard froze at the use of his full name. 'Shut the fuck up, Frank.'
---
'Alright, all done!' Laine said, turning of the pen. Gerard lifted his almost limp arm up to examine the tattoo.'This.Is.amazing.' Gerard sat in awe.'Can I see?' Frank asked, sticking his head over Gerard's shoulder. 'No.' Gee replied, swatting away a curious Frank, and bending over to hide his arm.
---
They walked out of the parlor, Gerard with thick bandages wrapped around his arm. 'Race you to the car!' He yelled, running to a crosswalk. 'Watch for cars!' Frank yelled, making sure Gerard didn't kill himself during a stupid race. Gerard skidded to a halt, converse squeaking on the concrete. His head whipped back and forth, before dashing across the road once again. Frank mimicked his boyfriend's actions before running at top speed after him. Gerard stopped a few times to rest...and check if Frank had been abducted by aliens.
Gerard took off running again when Frank was within a few yards. He was so focused on beating Frank to the car, that he didn't notice him getting closer every step. Frank, being the midget he was, could jump on Gerard very easily, and that was his plan of action. He ran as fast as he possibly could, and jumped onto Gerard's back, and klung on Koala style. Gerard let out a high-pitched, girly scream, before turning his head to see who was attacking him. 'Hi, Gee.' Was all Frank had to say for Gerard to let out a sigh of relief. 'You scared the shit out of me, Frank.' Gerard spat, earning a smirk and blush from Frank, making his face even redder.'I'm not a teenager.' Frank muttered, narrowing his eyes. 'Stop, stop now. Stop making references. It's not cool.' Gerard groaned, hating Frank's song quotes. 'Take me away!' Frank yelled, lightening up the mood and pointing towards his car. 'No.' Gerard pried Frank off his torso and dropped him onto the asphalt. He hit the ground and slid a bit, scrapping his palms.
'Owwwwwwww!! Gerard!' Frank wined, looking at his scratched palms.
