Algebra Two

As soon as we walk in the classroom Cameron and Aaron come up to us.
"Hey guys!" Aaron screams in our faces.
"Hey," Jacob says laughing.
I smile and leave them so they can have their own guy conversation.
"Kenzie come back!" Jacob says.
I would regularly say no but when Jacob calls me Kenzie I kind of freak out. I look at the clock and realize that it only took us two minutes to get here so we have three minutes until class starts.
"Kay..." I say walking over.
"Kenzie not Mackenzie? What are you guys dating?" Cameron asks.
Even though Jacob has rosacea I still think his cheeks turned a shade more red.
"Good one Cameron. We both know that no one would ever date me," Jacob sighs.
"The right girl will come one day," Cameron says with some hope.
I can't help it and smile. For some reason I feel like that right girl.
"Alright time to start class!" Mr. Tomel says.
We all sit down.
Fifteen minutes into class Jacob passes me a note. It says, We need to talk. Come over over my house at 8:20, 2 Forrest Hill Road. See you there:)
I turn around and look at him. He smiles. I turn back around. I sigh. I can feel my heart popping out of my chest. I love him.
