Meeting

(Gaby's POV: )

"Good morning New York City!"

I said throwing the curtains away from the window and looking outside.

I woke up this happy and full of energy because I've been waiting for today to arrive since all our parents met.
And with 'all' I mean Kat's, Ceci's, and my parents.

It was hard for all to meet in one day, but we somehow conviced them to hang out more.

Tho we conviced them to let Kat, Ceci and I have an 'only teens summer'.

How?

Well, we can take care of ourselfs.
We just had to make them see we can.

It was kinda hard to convice them that we can also be safe in the streets.

Boyguards?
No.
Weapons?
Nope.
Dogs?
I wish... but no.

We've got skills!
Some...
Enough!

I know karate.
Ceci knows taekwondo.
Kat knows jujitsu.
We can teach each other what we know.
We're tiny (apprentince) terminators!

Tho we knew who we should fight or not.
If we have to run we'll just run.
We'll know what to do.
I guess...

Anyway!

I also had planned what we could do for this less than a month summer we have alone, that's why I'm also really excited.

I then heard footsteps behind me and low groans and turned to see Kat still asleep.

"Why are you yelling...?"

I looked at the clock on the wall and it was 7 am, then realized that normal people doesn't yell this early.

I laughed sheepshily and rubbed the back of my head.

"Gomenne~..." I said.

Kat just rolled her eyes and walked over.

"Why did you wake up this early anyway?"

"Because 'today' arrived!"

"Just like tomorrow will arrive, and the day after tomorrow, and so on..."

I turned to see Ceci stumbling over.

She obviously stayed up 'till 3 am reading or writting fanfics.

"Be more specific please..." Ceci said still trying to completely wake up.

"Ok, well. I'm really excited because this is our first day of our 'teen-summer', and I've been looking on the internet places we could go to and things that might be fun to do. I found places that are pretty close to each one where they sell posters, stuffed toys, books, animes, mangas, and cosplay costumes. I saw they have the 'Five Nights At Freddys' novel. All that is very cheap! Tho there's a place near where there are a lot of games you can play, and besides that there are also 'summer activities' and sports we can play!"

I looked at them and I think they liked the idea of going to these places.
I couldn't tell well because they still had sleepy faces.

I volunteered to cook every meal of a week for waking them up so early with my yells, and we'll go out when they wanted.

When we went out (finally!) all we did was buy everything we saw, play every videogame at the place, and tried every sport and activities there.
But most, we had so much fun!

Uhm... well, we didn't do all that in a single day.
We went to these places for four days to finish what we wanted to do, and had some days for breaks and do nothing, of course.
We needed to rest too.
