"Oh, uhm. I'll have the Smoked Butterscotch Frappucino." Phil replied, returning the kind gesture.

"Cremè or Beverage?"

"Beverage."

"Name?"

"Phil." Phil smiled.

"Okay, Phil. Wait around, hmm, 5 minutes, if you can?" She grinned.

"Yeah, definitely." Phil turned around and sat down on the bean-baggy chairs.

Damn, this is comfortable, he thought to himself.

As he was playing around and tapping his table, someone walked in.

He was wearing a Assasin's Creed-like coat, a fringe, like Phil's but parted to the other side. And he was wearing a sad smile.

He's very attractive, Phil thought.

Phil! You're straight! Phil thought again, shaking his head.

"Phil!" Lalaine shouted,

Phil stood up and grabbed the coffee from the counter, the boy was putting his hand on the counter, and shit.

The accidental hand holding incident happened.

"Oh! Uhm, I... sorr-" Phil tried to apologise.

"Sh- it's okay. It's my fault, don't apologise." He chuckled,

"Yeah, uhmm. Yeah." He awkwardly grabbed the drink and walked to his seat.

Damn you awkward piece of human! Phil shouted in his head.

He grabbed the newspaper from its case.

He read and read, until the guy was in front of him. Not like, sitting beside in front of him. He's on the next table. Facing him.

Damn. Phil thought.

Fuck. Phil thought again,

"Hi." The brown-haired boy smiled.

"Oh, hi. Mind if I sit with you?" Please accept this offer, I really want to get to know you.

"Oh, yeah. Sure. I need some, company." The boy smiled and nodded.

Phil got his coffee, stood up and sat down to the bean bag in front of the guy.

"So, hey. What's your name?" The boy asked, sipping his beverage.

"Philip. But call me, Phil." Phil nodded, sipping his bevarage too.

"Daniel. But call me, Dan." Dan, well, that suits him.

"Nice to meet you, Dan." Phil grinned shyly.

"Nice to meet you too, Phil." Dan chuckled.

"Okay, so. What are you doing here at 3AM?" Dan asked,

"Well, I just got into a breakup with my girlfriend, well... in that case ex-girlfriend." Phil let out a long sigh.

"Oh, I'm sorry. But, why are you here in the café? Aren't you supposed to drink it out?" Dan asked, cocking his eyebrow.

"No, I hate alcohol. Well, no not really. But is it really necessary to drink out your problems? Why not just drink coffee with an attractive stranger?" Did I really just say that?! HE'LL BE WEIRDED OUT YOU IDIOT!

Dan blushed at the compliment.

"You're not too bad yourself, Phil." Dan giggled.

"How 'bout you? Why are you here?" Phil asked.

"Shitty family fights that wake me up. I hardly get any sleep." Dan sighed.

"Oh, I apologise. Anyways, how old are you?"

"Uh, I'm 18. Whadda 'bout you?" Dan asked back, slowly finishing his drink,

"I'm 22." Phil answered, they were4 years apart?

"Oh really? How's uni going?"

"Okay I guess, homework is just so stressful. I took a year out." Phil shook his head.

"Really? Good for me and you then. I dropped out because I was having existential thoughts." Dan chuckled.

"I'll be returning next year, June."

"Okay. I'm done drinking, so uh, this might sound weird, but can I have your number?" Dan asked awkwardly.

"Yeah! I'd be happy to talk with you and your existential thoughts!" Phil joked, making Dan laugh a little.

"Okay what is it?"

After they exchanged numbers, Phil payed for their drinks.

"Oh no, you do-"

"I insist, Daniel."

"Fine." Dan rolled his eyes.

Dan got up and walked out, leaving Phil with his thoughts..

Holy shit, I think I might be bisexual.
