New home

"Here's the last of it." My father said as he placed the last of our moving boxes in our new home. I must admit, the house itself is really cool. But I hate everything.

I was perfectly fine in my old area. With my old house an my old school. I miss my friends already and I'm pretty sure that they miss me to.

"Yeah, whatever." I grumble as I sit on the large staircase. "Where's my room again?"

My mother frowns and pinches my cheeks, "aw, hunny don't be that way! This place will be exactly what you want! Who knows, you might find a new friend." She says and winks. I swat her arms away and roll my eyes, "Mom, if you're implying boys then no. I love the single life thank you very much."

My dad's ears snapped up as soon as I said 'boys.' My father is very protective over me since I'm his 'baby girl'

And yes, what I said was true. The whole 15 years of my life I've been single. That's if you don't count my...Attraction towards this one guy in my past.

That 'attraction' is now hate, by the way.

"Aw, come on Y/n live a little! How about you go for a walk while I get your room ready?" My moms said, I got up off the stairs and towards the door. "Alright. Be back in 10!"

And with that I closed the door and started walking, making a mental map inside my head so I won't get lost.

"Hey, there's a new girl." I hear a voice say, causing me to snap my head in that direction. There stood a boy about my age, with long black hair and eyes so dark they look black as well. He wore a white hoodie and black jeans, which stood out on his pale skin. A big wide grin was on his face and his eyes were huge!

And those eyes were looking directly at me.

I turned to look at his friend, a guy with brown hair and brown eyes, he had on a pair of goggles on and something on his mouth that I couldn't quite catch. He twitched every now and then which kind if weirded me out.

I decided to ignore them and continue walking. They then followed behind me, causing me to walk faster.

When they were still following me I turned and glared at them. "What?" I snap, causing pale boy to flinch, I'm not so sure if goggle boy flinched or twitched.

"Hey hey! Babe! Calm down we were just checking you--" the pale boy started but then got elbowed in the stomach by goggle boy.

"Hi, I-I'm Toby." He said with a twitch. I nodded my head, "Hey Toby." I smile, I can't tell if he smiled or not because he has this thing around his mouth.

"I'm Jeff." Said pale boy, I nodded my head at him too. "I'm Y/N." I smile. Jeff shamelessly checks me out while Toby looks at me nervously. "I should probably get home. It's way past 10 minutes." I say, and push past them.

"ALRIGHT BABE! SEE YA!" Jeff called, earning an eyeroll from me. "Whatever pale boy."

As I walk home I look at all the houses. They all seem pretty much the same except for the house Jeff and Toby were at.

It was bigger than the rest and had an eery nature added to it. It gave me the shivers. And as I looked at the house I saw someone look through the window. Blonde hair and big blue eyes. I couldn't help but shiver again as I walked home faster.

I had a feeling this place is going to be weird.
