Kosei ran away from Takeshi and accidently ran into the judges. "You!" the lead judge yelled. "What game are you trying to play having a violinist as an accompanist?! You're never making it to finals!"
"We beg to differ..." Kousei turned around to see Yuriko Ochiai and Akira Takayanagi standing behind him.
"What do you want?! Here to beg that you're precious Emi and Takeshi get first place?!" the judge sneered.
"No. You have no proof that Arima knew that the violinist would start playing mid performance." Yuriko said glaring at him.
"And there's nothing in the rules that say that the contestant should be punished for an interference with their performance." Akira finished.
"What?!" he yelled. He looked over at the other judges but they all agreed with them. He glared back at Kousei. "You haven't seen the last of me boy." He then stormed off with the rest of the judges in tow.
Kousei looked over at the pair "Why did you help me?"
Yuriko smiled at him "Your piece was beautiful and you disserved first place."
"And we feel kind of bad for saying all those horable things about you being a 'Human Metronome' it really was quiet cruel." Akira added.
Kousei smiled at them "Thank you."
