Kousei blinked twice "You thought so?"
Emi smiled even more "We know so. You know Kousei... if I had to lose to someone... I'm glad it was you."
He smiled "Thank you." He then turned back to Takeshi "So you're not still mad at me for performing with your sister?"
Takeshi looked down at the ground "I haven't exactly been the best 'Big Brother' to Nagi. Her choosing to play with you instead of me just made me realize that. I shouldn't be mad at you I should be thanking you." Kousei smiled "BUT IF YOU EVER LAY A HAND ON HER I SWEAR I'LL..."
Emi clamped a hand over his mouth as he continued struggling. "I suggest you go. I don't know how long I can hold him." Kousei started to leave "And Kousei!" he turned back "You really did play beautifully. Tell Kaori I said hello. We used to be friends. In fact... we met at your very first performance." Kousei gapped at her. "I guess you really do bring people together Arima..." and just like that she left dragging Takeshi behind her.
