As Maine arrived in her office her friend Pat noticed a spring in her step...

" Hey, Maine! How was your Sunday? You didn't call me yesterday.." Pat told her

" Sorry, I have been so preoccupied lately, my Sunday went great..." She couldn't help but blush and smile mysteriously

" I know that smile, you're hiding something, so spill the beans and tell me..." Pat said

" Ok...first close the door behind you.." Maine suggested

" So what happened?" Pat asked

" Well, went out on a date, uh I mean Richard and I went out last on Sunday.."

" What?! Really?! So, what did you do?"

" We saw my favorite movie A Walk to Remember, it's my favorite movie of all time. I kept thinking if it was just coincidence or just luck..."

" If it was just coincidence my dear, it just means that he is destined for you..and it just goes hand in hand because he got lucky he met you.."

" Really? Oh and there's one thing, actually two things" Maine said

" Tell me, Maine.. What is it?"

" We kissed, twice actually..."

" You kissed? You kissed him back?" Pat surprisingly asked

" Yes, he kissed me and I kissed him back..I don't see anything wrong with it, I'm a grown woman, and I know what I'm doing.."

" You have a point there, sister! And so what was the second thing?"

" Richard said he wanted to court me.."
Maine whispered

" Why are you whispering?" Pat said

" Oh, right sorry. I think Richard is an old soul, he wants to ask me formally..."

" So, did you answer him back?"

" Yes I said yes, it's just because I don't see anything wrong with it, we're not kids anymore..."

" I know that, so what is your plan?"

" Hmmm... I don't know yet, we like each other, but I wanted to take my time and just enjoy each other and see where it might lead us...no pressure. If the time is right, who knows?"

" But right now, I have to concentrate on work, so I'll see you later?"

" Yes and I'm happy for you... Stay that way.." Pat hugged her and left her office

The paperwork were all in place and as soon as she saw Pauline, her boss..she went after her

"Ms. Pauline, I have all the paperwork signed, and I also noted that there are several ideas to promote the brand Pastel Pink..we can do a fashion show and can generate online launch and the clients can do their shopping online we can post the products via Twitter, Facebook.." Maine suggested
