"COMING BACK HOME"

Emma

After leaving my home in New York City and driving for a couple of hours, Bear Valley's streets finally were in my way. The citizens here always looked at my family to be creeps.

This helped us to 'camouflage' and hide our secret, our existence. Bear Valley citizens did not bothered us and we did exactly the same thing in return. It had worked for us and we would like to keep it like that.

The entry gates of StoneHaven finally caught my eye and it was time for me to enter the place I left a while ago. As I parked the car and turned the engine off my hands were shaking.

If there was something I was afraid of it was definitely coming back to the the reminder of my father's death. Stepping out of the car all the different scents were detectable.

Jeremy, Clay, Antonio, Nick... How much have I missed Nick, he was my best friend and when I left StoneHaven, I left Nick behind too and it was very hard.

Before my hand could reach the door handle someone inside opened it. There was Clay, the one man I loved as if he was my big brother smiling at me "Emma" He hugged me and took my bags.

As both of us walked inside, I stopped walking for a moment and stared at where my father used to lay dead all those years ago. Before it could over take me I redirected my gaze to the front and walked to the great room.

"Is anyone going to say hello?" My sarcasm rang through everyone's ears making them turn around with big smiles in their faces "You came back" Nick hugged me tight.

He haven't changed so much through the past years, although he wasn't the nineteen year old guy who always challenged me to fights anymore but he was indeed way taller than me before even more now.

"We are so glad you are home, Emma" Antonio smiled "Its good to have you back" Jeremy hugged me last. They didn't even let me make any questions before Nick grabbed my bags and started heading to my old room.

I followed him close behind as we passed several white doors that belong to rooms owned by each member of the pack "We left your room exactly the way you left it, we always kept hope for you to come back" Nick commented.

Nick opened the door for me and let me in. The white wooden walls were still as I remembered them. The little grey cushion that worked as a comfy chair at the window and the vintage-ish bed right next to the door.
