III: THE SHOWROOM

HINDI iyon ang unang pagkakataong tumapak ako sa RavenStone Underground ngunit hindi ko pa rin mapigilan ang humanga sa pagiging prominente ng lugar.

To the carpeted floor, big antique vases in the corners, the golden walls with expensive paintings hanging on them, the ceiling which was made of glass mirrors and with big magnificent chandeliers hanging up on it, damn!

What a magnificent place.

I sighed and then shook my head.

Hindi na rin ako nagtataka pa kung bakit ganoon na lang kaluho ang lugar na iyon dahil sa proteksyon at suportahang nakukuha nito sa iba't ibang grupo ng mga Mafia.

RavenStone pack was an open territory. Thugs, rouges, gangster and Mafias name it and they were all there.

Dahilan kung bakit ang pack na iyon ang napiling gawing hideout ni Ashter Vertillo. With his crime and illegal activities, mas madali nito iyong magagawa lahat sa RavenStone.

But if he thinks that he can run away from the crime that he had committed in DarkStone City forever, tsk!

I mentally smirked.

An old woman wearing a silver dress and fur coat walked towards me and politely bowed her head.

"Mr.Alesso here," I confirmed using my family name. Isang tipid na ngiti ang ibinigay ko dito saka inabot ang kamay nito at hinagkan ang ibabaw niyon.

The old woman gasped and slightly giggled. "My name is Madame X, I am the host for tonight. Hindi ko akalain na napakaguwapo nga pala ng Beta ng DarkStone," she complimented me that I returned with a wide grin. "Anyway, please follow me sir, the RavenStone's underground black market will soon be open for the our Omega Slaves." Matapos na sabihin iyon ay binawi na nito ang kamay mula sa akin.

Isang yukod pa at tumalikod na ito sabay hakbang patungo sa double door na nasa isang sulok.

I fixed my necktie and gladly tailed her.

Napansin ko ang isang matangkad at pamilyar na nilalang na nasa labas ng pintong pinasok ni Madame X.

Blanko ang ekspresyon sa mukha na kumilos ito at sumunod sa matandang she-wolf papasok ng silid.

I shook my head and sniggered.

"The Reids really freaks me out...."

Two minutes later...

My teeth ground as I noticed Ashter Vertillo entered the room.
Wearing white three piece suit and with malicious smile on his lips.

He was looking at the front and not even blinking. Samantala kumilos si Madame X at nilapitan ito habang nakasunod ako sa likuran ng host.

"Mr.Ashter Vertillo," tawag pansin ni Madame X dito.

The guy forced himself to look at the her and the malicious smile turned into smirk.

"Mas maganda ang mga Omega Slaves mo ngayon kesa noong huli, Madamme X."

The old woman smiled widely.

"My collections of Omega Slaves are always the best, sir. Ang mabuti pa, sa unahan na kayo pumuwesto ni Mr.Alesso para mas makilatis n'yo silang mabuti. " Madamme X faced me and winked.

I nodded at her and fixed my gaze to Ashter and found out that he's looking at me with curiousity.

Naningkit ang aking mga mata at sinalubong ang titig nito.

Yes, he was tall but I am taller.

I know he's muscular under his clothes but I am more well built.

Surely, he coudn't intimidate me just by staring like an idiot.

Akmang may sasabihin ito ngunit biglang ikinawit ni Madamme X ang mga braso nito sa amin. "Mr.Vertillo, Mr. Alesso. Shall we?"

Batid kong sinadya ni Madamme X na hindi kami ipakilala ng personal sa isa't isa.

It was to avoid any complication to Ashter Vertillo's arrest.

The madamme leaded us to the front of the glass show room's floor to ceiling window.

Noon ko lang napagtuunan ng pansin ang mga Omega Slaves na nasa loob niyon.

"Mas maganda ang view dito right, boys!" full of energy, the old woman said.

Ngunit hindi ko na na-intindihan pa ang sunod na mga sinabi nito nang mapagawi ang aking paningin sa isa sa mga babaeng alipin na nasa dulo ng showroom.

It was a tall woman with shoulder length wavy black hair, wearing a stunning red dress that hugged her slim and hot body perfectly.

A frown formed on my forehead
while Trigger suddenly grumbled from the back of my mind.

"Easy boy," saway ko sa aking innerwolf.

Pinakatitigan kong mabuti ang babaeng iyon.

She looks very familiar.

Do I know her?

Have we met before?

I was snapped from my thoughts and was caught off guard when the said Omega turned her head to my spot.

Marahil ng naramdaman nito ang aking pagtitig.

Her eyes settled into mine and damn it! Biglang lumipad ang aking kanang kamay sa kaliwa kong dibdib at na-kuyumos iyon nang tila may kung anong kumublit sa loob niyon.

I gulped hard. "Those eyes."

Hinding-hindi ko malilimutan ang mga matang iyon.

I stared at her more intently but I was surprised as the she-wolf lifted her right brows and mouthed, " What are you staring at, dumbass? Fuck off!'

Natigilan ako at nasorpresa.

"Did that Omega just called me a dumb fucking ass?"

My lips twitched in sudden amusement and small grin slowly appeared on the corner of my mouth. Ngunit agad din iyong naglaho ng aking marinig ang boses ni Ashter Vertillo sa aking tabi.

"She's stunning isn't she?" he patted my shoulder. "I want her buddy." he smugly said.

I heaved a deep sigh and tilted my head to the side. I faced him and gave the idiot a serious glare.

"May the best man win then, man. That woman, I want her too."
