"Laura....are you sure about this"My dad says concern written all over his face,I stare at him for a while then nod slowly
"Sweetie,why?"Mom says looking straight at me so I look down to avoid eye contact so they won't see me let a tear slip
"I'm tired of people judging me,hurting me,and being so weak that I can't even defend myself"I tell them finally looking up at them staring at them straight in the eye and letting tears slip down my face
"Oh baby come here"my parents say bringing me into a hug while all the pain I've felt for year spills out
"Shhh baby girl it's going to be alrIght,here's the deal we'll let you go but you have to promise me when you come back you'll be a stronger and more beautiful young lady"My dad says and I hug them both tighter whispering
"I promise"

Today's the day,today's the day I leave to boot camp to train for the Army,right now my family and I are at the airport saying our final goodbye's before I board the plane
"Dad,mom I'm going to be okay don't worry I'm gonna come back in one piece,I promise"I tell them when I see them cry and they nod and pull away from the hug
"Okay,baby girl we love you so much please be careful"They say kissing my cheek,I let a tear slip and pull them into a tight hug and pull away when a Sergeant comes up to us,Now it's hitting me that I'm actually leaving to the Army
"I Love you,see you later"I tell them and kiss them on their cheek and follow the Sergeant with my suitcase in hand.I turn around one last time and wave at my parents and walk down the tunnel and board the plane.Boot camp here I come.

After being on the plane for hours we finally landed in Afghanistan where the boot camp is,after a couple of other Soldiers and Sergeants get off the plane,I get out of the plane following Sergeant Black which I grew fond of during the trip and found out a little bit about him like that he's been in the Army for 7 years now,his names Jackson black,has 2 kids and one on the way,and it's his last year in the Army and Boot camp and also that the group that he'll be training is his last one.....Wow he's a pretty chill guy,not what I expected.As we got of the plane I saw all the Soldiers in a line going across so I joined them and faced all the Sergeants and the Leader of the boot camp I'm guessing
"Welcome To Boot Camp Soldiers I'm the leader of the boot camp My name is Robert Smith,and I hope all of you's are ready to put all your strength,and heart into this so you can start saving your Country and it's going to be a pleasure working with you's,and thank you for your services"He says saluting us,we salute him back
"Okay all of you's will be getting in groups and each group is gonna be assigned to 2 Sergeant,so Sergeants please state your names"
"I'm Sergeant Black"Jackson says and I smile
"Sergeant Hartman"
"Sergeant Williams"
"Sergeant Johnson"
"Sergeant Brown"I stand there listening closely and then five other Sergeants say their names.
"So now that you know their names please join your group when I call out your name"The Leader says,after he calls out 38 names out it's finally just me and a guy that looks around my age standing in font of the Leader
"Cody Christian and Laura Marano please join Sergeant Black and Sergeant Williams" He says and Cody and I go to Jackson's group which has 3 older woman around their 20's and 3 other man who are also around their 20's
" You'll be now shown your cabins,so goodnight,sleep well because tomorrow is gonna be day one of your training"Mr.Smith says walking away
"I'll take them,you can go ahead to our cabin"Jackson says to Sergeant Williams and he nods and leaves
"Follow me"Jackson says turning around with his hands behind his back,my group and I follow him to our cabin and when we entered we see 4 bunk beds
"You can choose your own bunks,goodnight, I'll be seeing you's in the morning"Jackson says and leaves the cabin.I turn around to see 2 of the woman on  one of the bunks,2 of the men on another bunk,and the other one has the other Woman and Men,so I'm guessing me and Cody will get the last one,We both look at each other
"Do you want the bottom one or top"Cody says
"Bottom"I say looking down at myself then lift my head to find him smiling at me so I smile at him too
"You sure"He says and I nod
"Whatever you say"We both chuckle and all of us start getting ready to go to bed

Hummm lets see how tomorrow goes.....
