He was wearing a black mask with a black patch over his left eye and a mouth with teeth and gums showing which looked as though there was a zip in between the teeth. He had white hair which covered half of his forehead.
"Kaneki." Hope murmured while gritting her teeth hard together as she had a look of anger and fear wiped across her face
"Hope. Come on. Now!" Kaneki growled as he moved towards Hope while long red tails grew from his back and moved towards Hope
"If you want her you'll have to get through us!" Maka declared while she held Soul in her hands. He had transformed into a scythe.
"Ha! The only reason you're still alive is because you're related to Hope, if you weren't then trust me. You would be dead." That made Maka take a small step back but then she leaned forward and was ready to fight.
"Hmm. Move, before you get hurt!" Kaneki insisted but Maka wouldn't move.
"Fine. You asked for it." Two of his tails headed towards Maka. One of them wrapped around Maka and lifted her up into the air and the other did the same to Hope. They both tried to get out, Soul even tried to transform back but he couldn't. There was only one way to get out of it and it was up to Hope to do it. She let her Spikes emerge from her back and cut off the bottom of the tail the was holding her and Kaneki yelled in pain. She then did the same to Maka except she picked Maka and Soul up and locked them in the toilet.
"Hope! What are you doing you idiot, let us out!" Soul shouted threw the door
"I'm sorry bro but this battle I have to do using my kagune."
As she turned around she could see Kaneki staring straight into her eyes while his last two tails flicked around as though they were scared.
"We don't have to do this Hope. Just come back with me and we can forget about this."
"How about YOU go back and then we can forget about this. Sounds like a good plan to me." Kaneki sighed and started hurling his remaining kagune towards Hope but she was able to block it and get a hit on Kaneki and sliced his stomach so it started to bleed.
"It's your fault! You were meant to look after me! You were my boyfriend!"
"I still am. I still can. I know its my fault and i'm sorry but the best thing for you to do is come with me!"
"NO!"
"IT'S!"
"NOT!"
As Hope screamed her final word she launched her kagune and sliced Kaneki's kagune off only a few inches from his head.
"Fine. I will leave you alone. For now but i will be back and you will be coming back with me one way or another!" Kaneki then left slamming the door behind him and Hope fell to the floor as Soul and Maka burst out of the toilet
"Hope! Are you ok? What did he do? What do you need? Hope? Hope!" Before Soul could continue his interrogation Hope Passed out and her body fell to the floor, hard. Hope was lost in darkness. She had no idea where she was.
"Hello?Hello?!Hello!!" She screamed and screamed but there was no reply, until she could see a figure. It was a person! She started walking towards the silhouette and the walk turned into a run but as she got closer and closer she could see who it was and she stopped. She stopped moving. She stopped breathing.
"No! Stay away from me!" She tried to run away but it was no use. Her legs had been trapped in some sort of purple liquid and she was starting to sink. She tried to move every part of her body frantically but it was no use, it was only making her sink quicker.
"Please, not again. I don't want to go back!Please." As the purple liquid rose to cover her face she saw a light and could hear her name so she reached out for the light and when she woke up she was lying on a sofa and Maka and Soul were right next to her
