I kissed Jennifer back for a feeling of power passed through me. I needed to make Jennifer think I had fallen for her in order to protect my family's business while at the same time play a little game with Miss Green. I don't think she knew that I had seen a a fiery, jealous look come across her face.

Jennifer pulled away and placed her purse down on my desk. She seized my scotch from my hand and took a delicate sip which I assumed was because she didn't want to ruin her red lipstick anymore than it already was.

"Sorry I'm late. I would have been here sooner if it weren't for these two," Jennifer explained as she shot Allison and Sally a look of distaste.

"James --- I mean Mr. De Luca, she barged in here unannounced and when I asked her for her name she shrugged me off, saying that her name should be already on there. Allison, here, was trying to help me bring miss Andrews back since you have a meeting soon," Sally told me with a kind smile. I nodded my head in understanding.

"But anyways, let's catch up!" She smiled and rose the glass of scotch in a form of a toast. I couldn't break up with Jennifer just yet so I only chuckled falsely in response, thinking of a plan to reach both my goals.

"Allison, Sally will you please close the door? I need to speak with Miss Andrews in private about a few personal matters." I demanded, putting empathizes on word 'personal.'

I glanced at back at Allison and saw her fists tightly clenched at her side causing me to proudly smirk. While Sally looked surprised and disappointed. I turned away from them and opened my arms to Jennifer as I heard the door's click. Time to persuade my temporary girlfriend to have me meet her father for drinks.

OUTSIDE......

Allison's POV

Sally and I walked away from James' office and the overwhelming feeling of anger pierced in my veins. Was he seriously that douche and unprofessional boss that occasionally 'does it' in his office?

Especially with that rude, dark haired bimbo who didn't seem to care about anything but herself. It's like she had no respect for anyone! I admit that woman was very beautiful and her face was very familiar, but I just couldn't put a name to it.

"From the expression on your face I am guessing you want to know who that woman was. Right?"

I looked up to meet eyes with Sally, who gave me a knowing smile. I nodded my head shyly.

"Well sweetheart, that is Jennifer Andrews. A twenty-two year old model, who is very self-absorbed, money-seeking, and selfish. God I hate her! She has no respect for anyone here and demands to be waited on," Sally turns red from anger. "I have wanted to yell at her so many times but I stop myself because I can't."

"Why can't you? I would have," I said curiously as to why Sally would take all this from someone. Sally didn't seem like the person to take anything from anyone.

"Her father, Maxwell Andrews, is one of James' father's oldest friends. If I did anything, then I could potentially ruin the company's friendship with the Andrews family. Not only would I get fired but I would lose my relationship with the De Luca family."

Sally's eyes showed sadness at the mention of losing her bond with the De Luca family. I could see she cares very deeply for the well being of this company including the people in it.

I smiled kindly and decided to change the subject, "So how long have they been dating?"

"She has been dating James for two months, the second longest he has ever dated someone. But if you ask me, he is just dating her for her 'treasure'. If you know what I mean," Sally confessed and gave me a nudge on the shoulder at that last part.
