Elliott's POV;

He seemed to notice me the same time I noticed him, and a light blush began spreading underneath his wide eyes.

"Finally. Elliott, those two would be Zack, the bassist, and Jack, the guitarist." Matt interrupted our stare off, pointing them out to me.

Well, I guess muscular guy has a name. Zack. It fits him.

Jack smiled at me. "A beautiful name for a beautiful girl." I'm surprised my lip didn't start bleeding with how hard I bit it.

"Heh.. Thanks.." My shyness began leaking through, no matter how hard I tried to push it back.

"Alright Elliott, why don't you tell us about yourself?" Adam asked nicely, while Zack and Jack settled down on a couch.

I wanted to hide behind my hair so bad, it took all the strength in my body not to.

"Uh, well.. My name is Elliott Rey Harmen, I'm twenty two, and I work at a library. I'm a horror movie enthusiast, I tell a lot of jokes and I love cats. There's not really much else about me. I'm not really the most exciting person."

I mess with the bottom of my shirt, waiting for their response. My mom would yell at me if she saw me doing that. She would always slap my hand, no matter where we were.

"I'm sure you are." Adam smiles. He is like a little ball of sunshine, he's so nice. "Have you had any experience with professional photography?"

I shuffle around on my feet a bit. "Well I do a lot with my roommates band, which is the one you saw in those pictures, and I have done some with friends, but not really professional, no." Should I have lied? What if this makes me look bad? As much as I tried to tell myself I didn't, I really want this job.

"Would you give us a moment to talk?" I nod, and step outside, leaning against the wall. After a minute or so, Adam steps out, and  hands me my camera bag.

"We'd love to give you a shot. So we have a kind of final request. Would you run a concert that we have set up here? Completely alone. I'll go over it with you in more details, if you say yes."

I'm kinda stunned, I didn't actually think they would accept me. I stand there for a moment before speaking up. "Yeah, of course." He flashes me a toothy grin.

"Great, well, let's get started why don't we?"

-

Me and Adam went off on our own, so we can talk privately. We end up in a cafeteria sort of place, and sit down at a table.

"Alright, so it's not going to be a huge concert, but it'll be a pretty decent size, and it'll be tonight. I'll give you the address, and times you need to be there, and where. I want 10 good quality pictures by the end of the night. Now at the front, sides and back of the stage, there will be a little path for you to run along, without getting in the way. Make sure to wear a dark outfit. There isn't really much else, if you do this, you're definitely coming with us on this tour."

"I can do it." That sounded a lot more confident then I actually am.

"Great! Here's the info, and things you'll need."

-

Anna squealed as I told her about everything that had happened, while we sat on the couch eating popcorn. "El! I'm so excited for you!" I chuckled.

"Let's start the movie why don't we? I gotta get going around six." I glanced at the clock, seeing it read three thirty-two.

-

We finished the movie, and it was almost six.

I jumped up, heading over to my room. My closet was stocked with dark clothing, so it wasn't that hard to find something. I went with a plain black shirt, black jeans, and my boots. I tied my hair up into a ponytail.

I stocked my backpack with things I'll need, and grabbed my camera bag, heading out the door, shouting a goodbye to Anna.

It was a fairly quick drive there, and there were people everywhere. I parked and headed around back like Adam instructed, and pulled out the pass he had given me.

I showed the security at the entrance, and he let me in.

The hallway was empty, except for someone at the end, leaning against the wall, on their phone. I jogged a bit closer, seeing that it was Rian. He looked up, and slipped his phone into his pocket. "Hey."

I waved, and followed him. We soon came up to a room. Inside, a bunch of people were moving around, taking things out a door opposite of the one we came in. I went over to a table that was empty, pulling out my equipment, putting it together and getting things ready.

Someone came up behind me, and tapped my shoulder. I turned, and Zack gave me a shy smile. "Hi.." He shoved his hands into his pockets.

"Hey, what's up?" I asked calmly, adjusting my camera strap.

"N-nothing, just.. Saying hello."

A guy opened the door, peeking his head in. "You guys are up!"

I pulled my backpack on. "Good luck out there." I flashed a smile at him.

"You too.." He quickly exited, and I followed a bit behind.

I have to admit, he's kind of adorable.
