2. Meeting the Alpha

                                                               Elsa's P.O.V

"You had to throw your arms out and make this even more dramatic." I say while rolling my eyes and I start to smile. "Hey we are the real deal." He winks. I laugh with him as we walk into the Frost territory. All the heads of wolves and humans turn and look at Hiccup and me. I stare at the ground awkwardly and kick dirt. "Hiccup who is this?" Says a girl with curly red hair. "This is Elsa. She is a lone wolf I found and helped." Hiccup answers. I give a small wave and small smile. She eyes me then says, "You got a lot of nerve to be a lone wolf." She pauses."I like yeh." She laughs and puts her hand out, "I'm Merida." I shake her hand and smile, "Nice to meet you Merida." She nods and walks off towards a group of wolves and changes into her wolf, a fiery red color.

I walk around with Hiccup and we talk and laugh. I feel like we are brother and sister. "You know Hiccup you are like the brother I never had." I smile at him. "Good because you are like the annoying sister I never had." He chuckles. I punch him playfully and we keep walking.

I hear door open and close and all the wolves and people instantly shut up. Hiccup looks at me and whispers, "Hide behind that tree." I do as he says and hide behind the tree. I hear someone walk this way and stops away from the tree and starts talking to Hiccup.

"Hey alpha Jack my man!" Hiccup says. "Hey Hic what's up?" The person who I assume is the alpha says. I instantly hear a nervousness in Hiccups voice when he starts speaking again. Oh no. "Well well you see uh.." Hiccup stutters.

The alpha interrupts Hiccup and says, "Do you smell that? It's smell like.." He takes a sniff. "Nightmares." He growls. I hear the alpha change into his wolf and sniff around.

When he gets uncomfortably close Hiccup yells, "RUN!!" That alerts the alpha and makes me change into my wolf and dash out of there. The alpha immediately notices and chases after me.

Ohhhh butter sticks.

I see Hiccup change into his wolf which is bigger than me and I sprint behind him and he blocks me from the alpha.

"Hiccup what are you doing!?" The alpha snarls. "Protecting an innocent girl." He challenges. "What?" The alpha asks, obviously confused. "You can change back." Hiccup says softly to me.

I listen and change into my human self. Beaten and starved. The alpha doesn't stop glaring at me. "Ok bad idea change back." Hiccup whispers. I do as he says. He turns around and whispers in my ear, "Run now go into the woods and run." I nod and quickly turn around and sprint.

The alpha is caught by surprise but then gets up and chases me. I don't look back until I hit a tree stump and skid on the ground.

The alpha is right on my tail and stops. I stand up in pain. He comes closer growling. I match his tone and growl back. "You got a lot of nerve to show your face in my territory." He spits like its acid in his mouth. "I'm not a Nightmare." I snarl back. "Oh really then what are you?" He snaps. I smirk, "Gone." I sprint and leave the alpha confused and dazed by what just happened. I laugh and keep running.

I slam into somebody.... Again. I see Hiccup standing there in his wolf form. "Man we gotta stop meeting like this." I say as I get up. He chuckles. "Ok so you obviously knew the alpha wanted to kill me before you brought me to his territory but wanted to keep me there anyways. Why?" I ask. "Well I was going to hide you in my cabin but then I forgot we are all wolves and he could sniff you out." He laughs.

"You sir, are dumb." I snicker. "Did you really think I wouldn't catch up?" I jump at the sound of the alpha's voice. "No I didn't think you could process what I said back there. So I give you an A+!" I laugh. "You are lucky I don't rip your throat our right now." He snarls, not amused.

"Am I now?" I sneer. "Oh. Oh yes you are." A voice I will never forget says evilly. My tail goes between my legs and I quietly whisper, "Pitch."

Okay just to clear things up, why the pack didn't care about Hiccup bringing a lone wolf was because the only person that hates Them is the alpha, Jack Frost. He had a history we them that you will find out later. Thank you all so much and I love you guys!!
