Teighlor's POV

Having him think he had such a hold on my aggravated me more than his mere presence! He constantly ran into me throughout the week from waiting outside of my ballet classes to conveniently being at my favorite stores and restaurants. It made me wild with anger but flattery-but most anger, as I could not break free from Sterling. Everywhere I went, his face would be smirking at me, as if he had won-so I allowed myself to concoct a plan.

Sterling's POV

I enjoyed seeing her struggle from knowing I was always there. Always knowing I knew where she would try to escape from me. But she couldn't, and even if she wanted to deny it, she didn't want to. She wanted me to be there, and so I was...

But the night I followed her, I discovered she wasn't alone. She hadn't seen my sitting across the street in my car as I followed the car she got into. To be sure it wasn't the a** who nearly tried to rape her all those nights ago in the studio that I had not seen in days, I followed them close to find it was someone I hadn't seen her with before. He was young-just an adult. He had blonde hair that was spiked at the front and had a tattoo on his wrist and one of his neck that was visible from the streetlights. He placed his arm around her waist as they walked into a club with a neon sign saying open on the outside.

I attempted to find a way to look inside without her seeing me as my luck was not on my side. There was no way to tell if she knew this man as a friend...or more...and the mystery...the unknowing...was making me crazy. I attempted to call her, but found that she sent me to voicemail, making me fill more and more with rage. I did not want her to see me, nor did I want to stand outside all night as she gave herself to another man merely a few feet from me. I had to know!

I moved my way into the front and lingered in the back, near a dark booth before seeing her emerge from the back and move towards a pool table. Her gaze scanned the room and did not see me as she moved seductively towards the man she entered with. In her short shorts and tank top with long sweater, it drove me mad to know another man's hands were on her.

Teighlor's POV

Right on que. Sitting in the back of the sketchy bar with nothing more than a trying secretive bravado, Sterling Truehart had been stalking me. And I was going to make him wish he hadn't. Pressing up against my date, I giggled more than I would have and often made kissing faces towards him before I heard a glass crack in the distance. I knew then, I was winning. I knew it got under his skin and I decided to win the game fully as I placed myself with my back towards the pool table and I stood in front of Jake who placed the pool stick straight up as he leaned on it.

"So you know that guy I told you about?" He nodded with a smirk before leaning closer into me as he had to due to the escalating music. "He is sitting in the far corner-don't look." I instructed before continuing. His gaze fell back to me. "So I am going to kiss you...and kiss me like you wish I was someone you wanted to kiss."

He nodded before placing his hand on my cheek and kissing me. I was surprised on the feeling behind it, but it was nothing on what I felt with Sterling. To my shock, he lifted me onto the end of the table and I completed it by wrapping my legs around him. I felt his lips on my neck and got chills before remembering it wasn't Sterling.

Sterling's POV

I saw the flirtation grow and grow before it crossed the line. She kissed him! Just as she had done with me! But when he lifted her onto the edge of the table, I went flying with madness. My feet moved before I could control it and I had been watching close to a porn before clearing my throat. When her eyes met with mine, she smirked before moving onto her feet.

"Sterling? What are you doing here?"

"Happened to stop by for a drink..."

"Ah. Well Jake and I were just going-"

"You are going nowhere." I told her, feeling as if I did not stop her, I could lose her.

"Really? And why not?"

"Because you are coming with me. You've had too much to drink and are going to offer yourself up to this guy first chance you get alone-if not for me...you would have ten seconds ago on that table."

Her glare fell onto me as my gaze then went to Jake.

"As for you...I would advise you to leave her. Right now."

"You don't scare me." Jake challenged me as I quickly placed his hand behind his back and his head on the pool table.

"If you don't go, the next ball to be hit on this table will the one of yours-"

"Sterling!" I felt her shout at me as my gaze fell to her. I continued to threat him as she tried to pull me away. Her grip was hard on me as I could feel his arm slide from his socket to cause him pain.

"Stop trying to protect your boyfriend."

"He's not-"

"I saw you-"

"He has a boyfriend!" I was shocked and confused for a minute before she eagerly pulled my arm away. "He's gay." Jake nodded before rubbing his shoulder.

"Your grip dude...." He shook his head in disbelief as her eyes fell to me.

"Why were you kissing him?"

"I asked him to help me make a stalker of mine jealous to leave me alone."

"Well you failed."

"What do you mean? You had him nearly dead-"

"You failed if you thought that was going to make me leave you alone. Now...not a chance..."
