"Listen to me sweetie..." sabi nya habang pinapunasan ang mga luhang patuloy na umaagos.
"I need to do this... You'll understand someday ok?"
"Why don't you just tell me what's going on? D-daddy please... please... I-i need you... M-mom needs you... "
"I love you sweetie... Tell your mom I love her. I will always love her. Tell her I'm sorry too... I'll be back... Everything's going to be fine... someday... I need you to be strong." sabi nya kasabay ng paghalik sa noo ko at pagbitaw sa mga kamay kong pilit na hinihila syang pabalik.
"D-daddy... Please..." Alam kong kahit anong tawag ko sa kanya hindi sya titigil sa paglalakad. Gusto kong tumayo pero hindi ko magawa dahil sa takot, sakit at panghihina.
I can't understand the pain that flowing through my body. I'm scared and I'm tired of trying.
"Richard!" Sigaw ni mommy from behind
Napahinto naman sya at humarap sa direksyon ni mommy. Nakita ko ang mga matang puno ng lungkot at sakit.
Tumakbo si mommy papunta sa direksyon ni daddy. But daddy just ignored her and walked away again.
"Richard!" sigaw ulit ni mommy
BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!
Napatingin ako sa direksyon ng paparating na malakas na busina ng isang truck. Tila ba mas lalong bumagal ang ikot ng mundo.
"Mommy!" sigaw ko. Tumingin naman sa direksyon ko si mommy.
I saw her chant the words 'I love you sweetie...'
Tumayo ako kaagad at tumakbo sa direksyon ng mommy ko.
I know I was too late... But atleast I tried...
