"We could go in here," She whispered in his ear, as she pulled the Prada polo he had just bought today, to what seemed like the bathroom.

Lex never liked having sex in uncomfortable places, but tonight he was dejected, tonight he was understandably upset. The case with June Finch had never seemed to help, and he needed a distraction, a satisfaction for his needs to do it.

But he also was never attached. From his whole lifetime, intimacy was a blur and love wasn't an option. It made people weak, vulnerable, dependent. So this wasn't the very first time that he came crashing through the door and if not for his fast reflexes, would've fallen on someone.

The girl said, no, whined something but Lex wasn't listening. He was too busy observing the other figure in the corner.

Her coffee colored hair peeked out from the peroxide blonde of the other one; it cascaded in waves, as similar to water as he thought. Then, he saw her, clad in this green, deep green dress that had a thin, but low slit on her chest, perfectly chaste, yet leaving you wanting for more, and sure did he want more.

But as the peroxide blonde got up, he saw the defining feature that would have the highest probability of haunting him, if he didn't own it, if he didn't have it to look into every morning as he woke up.

Her eyes were nothing like he had ever seen. It was a diversification of the green of a jungle, probably like one of the numerous ones he had seen in El Nido, full of wilderness and the light, calm blue shore that kept tame. They were a perfect mix of green and blue as each eye was both, and they lit up the whole of her face, and took ahold of his. He couldn't help but stare at her, the likeness of her image seemingly close to those mentioned in Greek myths.

Freckles were splashed upon her cheekbones, and her narrow nose, as if the universe had come and bestowed upon her a set of stars, with her lips plump and pink, he felt as if it was the whole milky way, a amazing array of colors, yet just on a minuscule scale.

He had to have her, there was no doubt about it. It was as if the heavens were teasing him with her, as if losing the opportunity to own her would be one of the many misfortunes that had happened to him in the past few days.

He was broken out of his train of thoughts as he felt the finger going down his chest, his eyes suddenly directed to the blonde in front of him. He looked at her as she said something but he couldn't help but not pay any attention once again.

She left the room, and the woman in the corner seemed to get up, instincts in play, he was on her side of the room, offering a hand of help.

"No thank you, I'm good on my own." She remarked. He was taken aback and immediately retracted his hand. Did she not know who he was?

He grasped the sink that his hand was on even tighter, it seemed like a child's game, the world was playing on him.

Then as if the game deepened, her hand was suddenly curled around his on the sink, the softness of her skin warmly enveloped around his fist. He felt a break in him, as if a dam had come loose and all the water had rushed out, became free.

"What's your name?" He had said, hoping to sound confident in order to hide the awkwardness, yet desire her felt to have her.

Now it was her turn to look taken aback, probably surprised at the randomness of his question.

"Bella" Lex felt his insides churn, what a name.

"Beautiful name" He couldn't help but compliment her, yet the face she held was stony.
