Glaiza and I went out of town to know more about each other.

"Hey, your Mom's birthday is on Saturday right?"

"Yes."

"So we have to go back before then. Lets have a picnic at the cemetery."

I looked at her,

"Hey! Eyes on the road!"

I smirk.

"It's cause you're too sweet. Its distracting."

She just laugh.

"I can't believe we're gonna get married in two months now."

"Yeah. Ayoko ng patagalin pa, baka magbago pa isip mo." I smiled

"Hindi yun mangyayari."

"Or Dad will change his mind and adopt you instead."

She laugh again.

"I cant wait Rhi."

"Me too."

"Baka naman ikaw ang hindi sumipot sa kasal natin? Sasakalin talaga kita!" she joked

"That'll never happen."

"Good."

Glaiza and I went to Manaoag to be blessed.

Unexpectedly, she held my hand.

Lahat ng tao napapatingin sa aming dalawa.

I felt a sudden consciousness.

"Dont you dare let go of my hand," she warned

Kaya hindi na lang ako bumitaw sa kanya.

"Its because youre so beautiful. Thats why they're looking."

"But they are looking at you." I answered.

"Nope. At you." she insisted.

Some girls will whispered something to their friends.

And giggled.

"What the?"

"They know we're a lesbian couple."

They giggled loudly this time

"I'm getting pissed."

"Why?"

"They ogling over you."

Lumingon ako sa mga babae, at Oo nga sa akin sila naka tingin.

"Don't mind them.

Hinila ko na si Glaiza at pumasok sa simbahan.

"Do you think, Lady Manaoag will approved of us?"

"I dont know. Why?"

"I know she will." she said with a fighting spirit.

"Yeah." I held her hand this time. "Because we really really really really love each other." I emphasized every word.

Glaiza giggled.

"And thats what matters most right? Loving one another. Love is never a mistake or a sin."
