CHAPTER 2:
Elizabeth's POV:
I was looking at the note when my neighbor called me. "Elizabeth are you and your mom alright?!" I looked down at the note once again, 'REMEMBER NO COPS' "Y-yeah, I'm fine. Mom has some errands to run today.. Gram picked her up this morning." There was a long pause, either she knows I'm lying or she doesn't know what to say. She went into her house after telling me that if I needed any thing to just call her.
I grabbed the keys out of the ignition and opened the trunk to find what the note said was 'the goods' they were in two huge suit cases that had red tape across both of them that said fragile. I grabbed the first one noticing it was extremely heavy. I carried it upstairs so that my nosy neighbors wouldn't see what was in it. When I tried to open it, what I hadn't noticed was that it had a pad lock on it. I carried it back down stairs and put it in my trunk and went to get the other one and it was gone. The trunk was left wide open, but the suit case was gone.
I didn't know where it went, but all I knew was that if I didn't find it today, I would be dead meat and so would my mother.
A/n: Sorry for the short chapter, this is really just a filler, but I'll post a longer chapter later on tonight or today.. It depends on what I have going on..
