Besides trekking through the Amazon and eating Lindor chocolate balls in bed, I can't think of a more delectable activity than writing a book. After all, equipped with your imagination and a blank computer screen, you're free to create a whole new world. Writing a novel does require some dedication, however. You'll need a few hours a week, a quiet place to write, and enough determination to reach the 75 000- word mark. US novelist Toni Morrison once said, " If there's a book you really want to read but it hasn't been written yet, then you must write it."
